Mary Jane was created to display our passion for fresh, local ingredients prepared into stunning dishes and paired with amazingly delicious craft beer. We pride ourselves by using only the freshest ingredients. We buy local when possible to support our small town economy. Our burgers are prepared fresh daily using Midwest-raised cattle and are accompanied with locally baked buns.
Invited a friend from Puxico she is a cheese fries fanatic. She and I were both very impressed with the food. The service was outstanding. It was my second time there and it certainly will not be the last.

Their Phone number is 573-547-4506 . It is right off the interstate.
Stopped for lunch after seeing the billboard on 55. So glad we did! I had the Turkey croissant with 1/2 salad and my husband had the club on spinach wrap. Good! Topped it off with chocolate cupcake for me and cinnamon roll for my husband. Everything was so fresh and tasty! So glad we opted to skip subway and go further in. Well worth it!

I drive a truck for the areas giant gilster Mary Lee, and go in and out of the distribution center across the highway from this restaurant all the time. I am always seeing trucks parked outside so I figured I give it a try, after all if you want to know the best food joints, just ask a trucker.
Me and my wife went in together, because I won't try a new sit down restaurant without her, and kind of got a newcomer stranger look. As if the place is expectant of regulars only, and you have to have been there a few times to be a respectable customer.
We felt a little out of place, even though I am a part of the areas economic operations. Maybe I should have stopped in my bolster truck a few times before bringing my wife in... Lol
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, my wife a soup. Hers was a little cold, but said it tasted real good, just could have been a little warmer. My burger was the big highlight. Taste compatible to a popular burger place where you also get shakes, in fact shake in part of the name.
That alone wanted me to make a 4 star rating, but then if other TripAdvisor followers came I did not want to disappoint from my rating. Yes if you want a best tasting burger, on your way to Illinois, then it is worth a trip, but expect strange looks.
The other issue is, it is hard to find. I am registering this place on TripAdvisor, and I seen the point on the map as the correct location, hopefully TripAdvisor staff don't try to 'correct' the location because of its main Street. Address and perryville zip code.
It even has a post office but I think it shares a perryville zip code, so if you are cross referencing from other review sites their maps will falsely place it in the city of perryville. This is in a community called McBride, and as I said before when registering this I done all my homework to ensure that it has a proper place on the map...
So if there is placement confusion from other websites this should be the most accurate, about 8 miles outside the town of perryville going toward chester, Illinois, you have to cut off the main road, and then a smaller road in a small industrial cluster.
But food is worth finding it. If map problems arise, then I will try to change the review description as needed, but if it is correct then I will leave it the same so that others cross referencing get a better understanding of other websites misplacement mapping errors.

Specialty smoked meats and sausages. Deli sandwiches made to order fresh. Micro beer and local wine. Amish candies and jar goods. Friendly service and clean bathrooms. Indoor and outdoor seating.
I stop at Stonie's every time I pass through Perryville to stock up on bacon, sausage, and jerky -- all very excellent. I recommend you try all 3 kinds of bacon - apple smoked, hickory smoked, and peppered.
Their jerky is very good. Be careful. The spicy stuff IS spicy!
I've only recently tried the sandwich shop, and I'm glad I did. When out for rides and drive enjoying the beautiful weather, that's a good place to stop. They have a decent deli menu, with tables both inside and out. Clean restrooms too.
The sandwiches are pretty darn good. The last visit, I had a ham and cheese sandwich. Very good, but the roll was a dry.
They have a selection of bottled beverages including a decent beer or two if you're so inclined.
A MUST visit in Perryville.

We've lived in Perryville for 31 years and this restaurant always has a consistently good breakfast .
The biscuits and gravy are a favorite as are the crispy hash browns . Everything cooked to order and flavorful. If you want to go where the "locals" go...... this is it!!!

Jackson Street BrewCo is a local brewery specializing in delicious craft beer and serving brick oven pizzas. Doors will open in the Spring of 2016!
After dinner at Mary Jane's next door we went to Jackson street for some brew. John and crew has done a fantastic job on this place. Great micro brew beers (We had the Alt beer and the Maibier) both are great! The wood fire pizza oven by the bar adds great ambience to the place . Kick back, drink some good beer, eat some pizza, soak in the subtle smell of wood burning oven, and have a great time with friends! Thank you!

Off of Interstate 55 about 35 miles south of St Louis
We stopped in Perryville after a long day on the road and were looking for a good local restaurant to eat in. We found this one on a review site and were not disappointed. We were the only customers early in the evening, and the owner, Sal, came out from the kitchen and told us all about how he came to the U.S. forty years ago. I'm a vegetarian, and while there were a couple of options, I had spaghetti with an excellent marinara sauce, and a salad with Sal's wife's homemade dressing. My husband really enjoyed his lasagna. The waitress was also very friendly-it was a little like eating in a small family-run restaurant in Italy. We would definitely go back if we're in Perryville again.

I frequent this little restaurant because of the food quality. The Smoked Chicken salad is the freshest lettuce I've ever had. It's made to order with fresh romaine, spinach and iceberg lettuces along with freshly chopped broccoli, cauliflower and cucumbers accompanied by grape tomatoes. They top it of with dried cranberries and a light touch of shredded cheese with the most moist and tender smoked chicken breast around. I choose to leave the croutons off and get the vidaila onion dressing on the side. Delicious! They had a lunch rush, but that didn't make a difference as we were served our food promptly. Great little family owned BBQ restaurant.

Located in the heart of Perryville, Missouri, Ewald's Bar-B-Q has been proudly serving only the best barbecue, burgers, and ice cream. Since 1946 Ewald's has lasted through the decades as Perryville's oldest family owned and operated restaurant now spanning three generations.
Stopped here when we were traveling through and saw BBQ sign. Should have known better when we saw no smoker. Ordered BBQ pork sandwiches, couple of burgers and fries. Well the BBQ is clearly out of a bag as it was tasteless and swimming in some unknown sauce. The burgers were just average. This is not a true BBQ place. Would not stop here again.

We eat here pretty often. The food is always very good and the staff is very freindly. Definately recommend it if your looking for this kind of food.
