Southern style diner focusing on mainly seafood. Mostly fried. Excellent smoked mullet dip. One of the best I have had. Oysters fried correctly which is not always the case.
No alcohol served, most likely due to the owners religious beliefs. They really love Jesus as can be seen by all the religious sayings on the walls so if written proselytizing bothers you then you might have a problem.
Best, most friendly restaurant in Perry from my experience.

My husband and our boys are fairly new to town. Everyone we've met has told us to try Johnson's Bakery. That they had the best doughnuts in the world. Now my husband and I have always been die hard Shipley's Donut fan. That's the best place to get them back home in MS. However, (and I kind of feel like a trader saying this) Johnson's Bakery blows Shipley's out of the water. Their doughnuts melt in your mouth. The blueberry cake doughnut is out of this world. We will be back!

From the time I walked in I felt out of place the shop offers little in the way of foods. Service made me feel as though I was an inconvienance when I asked for a refill. Perhaps they seemingly want to appear high end and charge high end prices, but they need to improve on service. Food was okay but it was basic food with a fancy name

The service was good, the staff was friendly but the food was just okay. Nothing really to writeSo being from South Mississippi. I'm used to a ton flavorful food from all cultures and especially Mexican food. So when I bit into my food here I was expecting that same "Bam" of flavor and that just didn't happen. I was so disappointed because it looked beautiful.

Best hamburgers in FL! They make their patties fresh daily! Burgers have just the right amount of condiments and are served with thick perfectly done steak fries. Amazing chili dogs and chili cheese fries and my husband loved the cheddar bumpers! The chili cheese fries will feed at least 4 people lol. Some of the best corn dogs I have had in a long time and the onion rings were amazing too! This used to be an actual drive in movie theater and you can still see remnants of it out back. The staff were all very friendly and glad to have a conversation. Southern hospitality is definitely still alive here. We ate here more than 5 times and it was always just as good as the first time. We will definitely come back any time we are near Perry!
