Stopped in here for an early lunch, late breakfast and we were not disappointed.
The diner itself is quaint with a 50's theme to it. The wait staff has uniforms that resemble those from Arnold's Diner in the Happy Days sitcom. The booths were comfortable, our order was taken fast, and the meals arrived quite quickly. Mom had the short stack of French Toast (3 THICK slices) and loved it. I had the Rachel sandwich (a Reuben substituting Turkey for corned beef) that came with fries and a pickle) and that was also quite good.
The prices might be a little steep for Pepperell, but overall it was a good experience and good chow.

This is a yummy, local ice cream stand staffed by local kids. They make delicious Sundaes and have a large menu of ice cream, which we try to eat through each season. If you're in the 'hood, stop by for a scoop. And, if you're cute, you might get a double!

Who knew that an outpost Italian restaurant, that started as aTexaco station, could rival the North End? While the prices may seem a bit steep, the ample portions and quality keep the locals coming back.

Hankering for Chinese food but don't want to travel far, this will do. Best to stick with take out here. If you chose to dine in, stop at the beer store behind and below the restaurant first. This will temper your disappointment\aggravation of the service\attention you will typically receive once seated. As for the food, when it first opened the food was terrific. Since then, it is my belief that it has progressively declined in quality. Servicing a small town, they had an opportunity to be something the residents could speak highly of. Instead they seem to be using the lack of competition within their specialty to remain average with no need to be proud of their business and\or food.

I tend to like most of what DD's has to offer and will inevitably stop several times a week at a store, but NOT this particular one.
Here is what this store is good at:
Not getting the order correct despite 2-3 attempts at telling the clerks what you want.
VERY long wait times in the drive-thru that are a constant.
Rude and "care less" attitudes by the employees and management staff.
Take the extra 5 min. ride in 3 other directions to the DDs in Townsend, Dunstable or Groton and avoid this one.

Thought we’d try them as we like to support local businesses. Small and crowded (a good sign?). We didn’t see anything saying wait to be seated or if there was table service so we asked a harried looking waitperson. She said order up front first then sit down. Ok, ordered our breakfast and sat down. Tables were dirty and after we sat, we figured you have to get your own table condiments and silverware. No problem just wished someone said something. We get it , they’re busy. Food was delivered to our table and was good. Had pancakes, eggs etc. Was expensive for what we got considering everything else and didn’t get the orange juice or extras we paid for. It was our first time there, so maybe we should give them a second chance?

The food is very good here. They are well known for their bake stuff haddock dinner plate. Stuffing they use is very tasty and not all crackers, has good portion of seafood in it. Staff is very friendly and make you feel very welcome for coming. Food service on bar side can be slow if short staffed.

Mariano's had a special on large, one topping pizzas recently. Two large pizzas for $20. That was enough for nearly 3 meals for each of us for $20. Can't go wrong. And the pizza was good as usual

Overall a very enjoyable experience. Relaxing atmosphere, great steaks and more, and attentive service. We arrived early and had drinks by the fireplace and were seated promptly at our reservation time. The menu has a lot to offer, especially if you like meat, but there are other good choices. The shepherds pie was not what we expected (pieces of very tender meat, not ground) but it was exceptionally good. We will be back.

We hadn't been to Bailey's for awhile and were very impressed with the beautiful new dining room. The new burger menu was fantastic. They now serve a really good burger. Great service and quite busy at lunch. Reasonable price and extensive menu guarantees a return...MoreThank you, we are very grateful for your review. Sure puts a smile on our faces. So happy you enjoyed your burger. When you come again please ask for Pam so I can say hello.
