Casa Mia Trattoria opened its doors in September 2005. We merged traditional Italian food with favorite American flavors and Casa Mia Trattoria was born. Our restaurant is a place where people can feel at home from the moment they enter the door, and where hospitality, food and service are our top priorities.
A busy restaurant with what looks like a good balance of regulars. Returning customers are always a useful indicator of a good restaurant. We had a very pleasant meal, service was good, attentive but not intrusive. Portions good size at mid range prices.

Our restaurant offers contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with a fusion of the great cuisine of the area: French cuisine, Italian cuisine, Spanish cuisine, with hints also of Africa and the Middle East. Our chefs have created a menu that draws inspiration from the tradition of the countries bathed by the Mediterranean, adding the creativity of today's habits, with an eye for attention to those who live in Miami and its surroundings.
Since our last visit to Cote Gourmet, ownership has just recently changed, but the experience has remained a most positive one. Despite some unexpected snafus (which were handled beautifully), the meal that was presented was amazing. From looking at the fixed price menu we assumed...MoreHello NJArnfield, Thank you so much for your kind words. The Côté Gourmet staff is happy that we had a good experience in our restaurant on the evening of New Year's Eve. We wish you a beautiful 2018 year.

Hiding between north miami and sunny isles.
It was a hot day and miami was busy with the food and wine festival so I was surprised to see how busy Kabobji was, especially for a Sunday.
As the server was taking us to a table as soon as we arrived, The girl at the front stopped us and said we must wait as the table was being cleaned.
She took her job seriously But in all fairness, by the time we would have arrived at the table it would have been cleaned and ready. It was the only free table.
While waiting for our food our server gave us a basket of puffy pita breads. Straight From the oven to the table they were hot and when I broke mine open, the steam came billowing out In a puff. They were absolutely Delicious.
We ordered :
1. Beef Kafta.... ground beef kebab seasoned (somewhat bland) served with onions and humus in a crispy shawarma shell with humus and a side order of perfectly cooked French fries. I added some pickled radish and this made my kafta taste really good.
2. A Shawarma plate with thinly sliced beef .....flavored and cooked too perfection. This came with a side order of rice and tahini It was delicious, soft and well flavored.
Previously I’ve had the chicken shawarma plate and it is equally as delicious.
The service was fast and good
Value was excellent and portions are generous.
I give 4 stars because of the attitude of the front of house girl.

Stephen Starr's newest Japanese restaurant, Makoto is located in the prestigious Bal Harbour Shops. Makoto features a modern Japanese menu including sushi bar selections, modern Japanese dishes, and bincho charcoal robata. A hand-crafted beverage program focused on sake compliments the cuisine. The dining room and sushi bar seating are available by reservation. Outdoor seating is available upon arrival.
Atmosphere was nice, food was good for what it was but a very limited menu, especially for GF folks. Service was really bad across the board but especially at the bar and our server. Server was rude, way too abrupt and hard to track down. Brought out half our food and then nothing for 45 minutes. We asked for the check and he said he had more food coming. We said no thanks. Would not recommend this place but it was packed so obviously they do a good business.

Authentic Peruvian cuisine
I loved this place,i mean everything from A to Z.For those who know me,I am a very picky eater, but here I loved every single dish served on the table, especially the Causa, super yummy Shrimp Quinotto, which is way healthier than rissotto and the wine I had.Oh by the way they had half off on the bottles of wine,so that was the other awesome part!

We were sat quickly. The server took our order right away. A runner brought our drinks and some bread while we waited for our meals which took no time at all. The server was very professional and prompt. The only problem though small was it took us a while to get our bill.

So I went here for lunch with my husband and daughter while on vacation. We only had sandwiches. My husband had a Cuban sandwich and I had chicken. I can say it was on authentic Cuban pressed bread and was delish. I would have liked to try more entrees but never got around to it.
We did notice the other patrons meals and it all looked good. I'm looking forward to going back and trying a few more items. Other than that the service was great and food came out in a timely manner.

Ricky's Thai Bistro has been in the same location for many years. If you drive by too quickly, you'll miss it! The menu is very simple and the food is consistent; always fresh and qucik. Can eat-in or take-out.

Pros: good value, unlimited iced tea and soft drink refills, the big plastic cups are free to take home afterwards.
Menu is large, lots of choice. The loaded nachos were too dry, not enough sauce. The fish dip was delicious, the wings were great. The sauces however were not good. The butter was artificial, and one sauce was ‘bright orange’ and I could not work put what flavour it was! However, the wings were good enough to eat without the sauce.
Curly fries were also tasty and salty.
The atmosphere was lively and cheerful.
Cons: slow customer service, we had to wait 45 mins for a table, but were able to sit at the bar for the wait. Plates were empty for a while before being cleared and we had to wait a long time before our order was taken.
The waitress also didn’t give us our change, assuming it was all tip. It wasn’t enough to complain, but we didn’t appreciate not being given the option.
