Went last night for dinner. The spiked shakes were really good but our burgers were undercooked - almost raw and we asked for medium well. The atmosphere was not that great either. Was expecting so much more. Would not go back - not sure why this place is the best in North Attleboro.

I have been going to the Canova empire of restaurants for 30+ years. When I have a business meeting for lunch, I will always come here. I am addicted to their shrimp scampi with their great home made breads.

Nice shop with the best selection of bagels in town. Great selection of coffee drinks, fresh fruit and salads. Grab a sandwich and a drink for lunch

I recently went to the House of Fortune for lunch with a friend. It was my first time dining there, and I was excited to give it a try. We went on a Tuesday during the lunch hour - it was not busy, lots of tables/booths available, however our waitress seemed to just want us to eat and leave. When we asked for a second pot of tea, we might as well have been asking for a pot of gold or something...In any event, I ordered an eggroll along with the beef lo mein, which also came with the fried rice. The eggroll was very good. The lo mein and the rice was also good, but compared to other places where I have eaten the same meal, a bit lacking in flavor. I don't think I will go back to this restaurant, however, based on the service we received.

It was fun to see the owner Paula again and the great chef Louis who we would see often while my dad was alive and a regular at porto bello next door.
My wife and I split the coconut shrimp appetizer and I had the prime rib and my wife the haddock. Both delicious.
Paula should add a few more wine choices as they only had KJ available for chardonnay. We drink that home and like to try other wines when dining out.
We went early since the do not take reservations unless you are a large group.
We plan to go on a Monday night to try their 3 course meal with wine pairing.

I went to the Chieftain with my husband and two of our friends to celebrate my birthday. Once seated, we ordered our drinks and then the waitress looks at my husband, who is wearing a t shirt with the sleeves cut off (it was over 80 degrees outside, he works outside all day) and proceeds to tell him that sleeveless shirts are not allowed because the owner does not like them. She told him that she would go in the back and get him a t shirt to put on over his own, luckily he had another t shirt in his truck because the biggest they had was three sizes too small for him. Really? This policy blows my mind, it is not like this is a high class place, it is a casual comfortable pub, however if they really don't want sleeveless shirts we can respect that as long as the rules apply to everyone. They don't. I saw at least three different women wearing tank tops, who were not asked to cover up with a t shirt. So it is ok to ban sleeveless shirts for men but not for women? That is not right ... what is good for the goose is good for the gander. If you are going to have a ridiculous policy like this in place then it needs to apply to everyone equally. The service was not all that wonderful and they were out of pot roast, which all four of us were planning to order - it was the only reason we decided to go there in the first place. We will not be returning to the Chieftain.

Basic fast food, without the fast part.... I went here yesterday and even the drive-through was kind of slow. The food is decent, what you'd expect from a Dairy Queen. The chicken tenders are better than alternative fast food places around. The fries could definitely use some work (cooked more so they are not soft and floppy). The blizzards and orange juilius drinks are good. Although I went through the drive through yesterday we had eaten inside about a week and a half ago. The inside is always packed and you'd be lucky to find a table that's actually clean and not sticky. It's a kid's place so we do go once and a while, but there are better alternatives.

At our North Attleboro location, our restaurant features dine in, take out and delivery. For our dine in customers, we offer two areas of seating, the lounge where you may enjoy watching some tv while dining or sit at the bar; or the main dining room that offers booths, tables and a sushi bar.
We've been going for years to Quan's and have always been happy. Our last weekend lunch meal was a big change as the service was poor and didn't see the value in what we received. The restaurant was slow so we were surprised that it took so long for the meal to arrive. The food was also a very small portion and we had to even ask for water and tea to be brought. The fortune cookies were even stale. Hopefully the next time it will be better.

I don't have much experience in Middle eastern cuisine...but I can tell when food is awesome! That's what Habibi's restaurant makes - awesome food that you want to order over and over again! We order take out from here very often and absolutely love the food. Our favorite is the chicken kabob platter. Definitely recommend.
