A small, family-owned group of restaurants, hand-crafting food since 1995. We feature wood-fire grilled steaks cooked over full-size logs of oak and ash, award-winning BBQ slow-smoked on premise, homemade desserts and much more.
We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon before the ZZ Top Concert at Divots. Sat in the lounge area where there were 2 other couples. Ordered one beer and one mixed drink. Then ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp.
Extremely slow service, shrimp finally came out...completely raw. They offered to cook it again but at that pace we would have a day late to the concert. 10 minutes latter our drinks arrived. Manager took care of our bill which was appreciated but we would have rather had something to eat.
We have eaten at the whiskey creek in grand island and in Kearney, both were good. Would not come back to this one.

This was a great coffee shop with an outdoor courtyard as well. They had good sandwiches and friendly service as well.
Always a nice place to gather for coffee or lunch and to catch up with friends. Love the atmosphere cozy, & quaint with a feel of the old market.

There are very filling. They are heavy but their bear claws are the best. A big eater can eat two but now that I have learned to eat less 1/2 is plenty. They couple who own Delight Donuts are very cheerful people. Some older folks come in for donuts, coffee, tea, etc everyday.

Polished casual atmosphere. Great Steaks, House BBQ, Burgers, menu featuring local ingredients. Full bar with large craft beer, scotch and bourbon selections. Great for date night, celebrations, family gatherings and after work drinks. Beautiful patio for the summer. Two private dining areas, the Wine Room holds up to 14 people, the Banquet Room fits 100.
My family had the pleasure of having lunch here. The atmosphere is inviting, I love the industrial feel, (the bar looks cluttered though). Our server was very attentive and knew the menu well. We were all pleased with the food, FYI order the onion rings..very yummy. I know want to go for a nice dinner.

I ordered the Fajitas Tropical, which was steak, chicken, shrimp, pineapple and grilled onions and peppers. HUGE serving that would easily feed two if not three people. Very tasty! They also serve an excellent house margarita. Will definitely stop again the next time I go through Norfolk.

We really enjoyed most of the food at a place that gives out mixed signals. It seems like it's going for a fancier vibe with some of the dishes yet is located in a strip mall which doesn't scream high class. That said the fish tacos and prime rib sandwich were quite good, as was the fettuccini alfredo. You could tell the salad dressing wash homemade and also quite good. I really liked the blue cheese potato chips but wish they would have put the garlic blue cheese sauce on the side as a dip, if you don't eat the chips quickly they get quite soggy. We will return.

We’ve spent a lot of time at Divots over the years and this was probably the best time while staying at the Lodge. There are some new faces and still some of our old favorites. Great drinks. Great prices. Great service. Great food. Thanks guys for an excellent week.

Michael's a favorite Mexican/Sports Bar hangout in Norfolk, NE. The atmosphere is small-town convivial, the decor is sports bar antique with some Mexican murals on the walls. An interesting mix.
Servers are usually underdressed females who are friendly, sassy, and efficient. Think Mel's diner but sexier and way more casual.
The food is primarily highly Americanized Mexican and generally speaking is tasty with enormous portions. They advertise homemade tortilla chips and salsa and use flour tortillas cut into triangles and fried, which is ok, but I prefer corn tortillas and chips. Salsa is decent and never-ending if you like. They also offer some good hot beef sandwiches, hamburgers, and other American favorites. They do make use of some frozen and prepared foods - at least it tastes like it, but they do a nice job with it and if you leave hungry it's your own fault.
They also advertise "The Real Margarita" and they do make their own from scratch; however, if you like them sweet, you will be disappointed. If you like the taste of good Tequila, you will be delighted.
Prices are low-medium. My husband and I usually spend about $25.00 plus tip when we go there.
It's a good place to go for smaller gatherings as they have a couple of large back rooms with generous seating and the ubiquitous flat screen TV's, of course. Kids can cruise around back there without causing mayhem, so when with whole family we like it a lot.

Stopped here for dinner based on reviews. Boy was I impressed. I ordered the loaded baked potato and a brisket slider. The so-called slider was actually several slices of brisket on a regular hamburger bun. Their spicy sauce was kicking! The potato had to be at least a pound and was filled with bbq, beans, onions, banana peppers, and who knows what else. This thing was super delicious. I couldn't stop eating it until it was gone. The folks were very friendly and made sure I was satisfied. Hint: go on Thursday and get the B3 which is a smoked burger, brisket, and bacon. Whoa Nelly!!!!

this one is like tokyo in yankton s.d as it too is a sushi and steakhouse. Pricey and i had the rainbow roll which is crab stick, avocado, cucumber top w. salmon, tuna, white fish and avocado. It was good but a small portion for the price of it. I expected at least a salad with it but there is nothing alittle extra that comes -not even a small soup or salad, just the dish so thats why i give it a bent thumb on this one. I was alittle disappointed as i expected more. Take out was a little box with this meal for someone else as well, nothing special and i wont be going here again
