Very few times I use the term Memorable Experience to describe a restaurant. This is it.
I just return from Artisanal and was delighted with the ambiance, the menu, the food, the wine list and last but certainly not least the service.
Our server, Natalie was truly superb. She made our total experience truly memorable. She should be commended.
I strongly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed Famous Louise's Rock House on our stop to Linville caverns. The restaurant is small and quaint with an extensive menu of southern favorites. They could use a bit more staff, but overall the food came out quick and hot. They have a nice fireplace, but if it isn't burning, bring a jacket.
The portions were large and the food was delicious. Definitely worth the stop!

Stayed at the inn for two nights and ate at the brewery both nights. Had excellent service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Their pizzas are some of the best that I have had. Nice toppings and with a really good crust. They make great...MoreThank you for the review Art! We are so glad that you spent the weekend with us. We will look forward to your return!

Wow - so happy we followed the signs to this place! The pulled pork sandwich was so yummy on the homemade roll. The fries were great and the outdoor ambiance was perfectly fitting to the mountains. I would love to come back when they have live music!

My husband and I stopped in this morning for me to When I walked in, I noticed that the staff had not restocked the items from the previous evening. Lots of "holes" left on the shelves. Candy that I can purchase at Walmart wa s placed in glass canisters for individual purchase at exorbitant prices.
I ordered coffee and my husband ordered a slice of cheesecake and a cappuccino . The cost was $15.00! For real! And we took it outside to sit at a table and enjoy vet looking the parking lot. We ordered our items at the counter and not via a waitress that came by our table and took our order. Outragoeous prices and mediocre service at best.

We stopped here for lunch and really glad we did! Didn't look like much from the outside but there a lot of cars parked there. We were greeted by a friendly young lady, promptly waited on and served quickly. The soups were homemade and delicious, we had sandwiches that were plentiful and outstanding! We would definitely come back here if in the area again. We highly recommend it!

Stonewalls stands alone for quality and service in the Banner Elk area. This was our 2nd time dinning at Stonewalls, both times the service was excellent, and our dinners very well prepared. We went in without reservations on Valentines Day, as they did not any reservations available. The owner went out of his way (did not have to - place was busy) to accommodate us. We proceeded to have a wonderful dinner and met some people at the bar, and had a great time. Hard to find a restaurant of this quality in this area.

Great healthy lunches. Charming country store decor. This place has a loyal following that is well deserved. Lots of locals. The owner is always there and is the bomb. And they will bake yeast rolls for the holidays or special occasions that are to die for... Great value.

This was a great lunch spot on the way to Linville Caverns. Everything we ate was amazing. Great range of mild to really spicy. If you are heading to the caverns from the Blowing Rock/Boone area, this is the place to stop for lunch on the way, even if you aren't typically into food trucks. Do not miss!

Had Carolina BBQ (catered) for a family reunion. Great BBQ and love the Mad Dog sauce. Slaw and potato salad were also excellent. Would gladly go back for more.
