Just fyi if you considered gift card for Xmas/Mother's Day/Father's Day and can't physically get to the restaurant: Thought this would be nice to get several gift certificates for Southern IN friends and family. But the restaurant doesn't take credit cards over phone nor checks via mail. Understand they don't want fraud, but there are effective business practices to handle this. Restaurant didn't respond to email query about this. Then called and receptionist I spoke with on phone wasn't friendly.

If you want the best fried chicken and family-style dinner around...this is the place. The other meat options are great...but the fried chicken is the best. You need three guests to get family-style options and bring CASH...no credit cards accepted. Make a reservation. You will not be disappointed!

Here at Donut Bank, we have been selling Fun Food with delicious coffee and great service since 1967. We bake our products fresh every morning so you can start your day with a scrumptious breakfast and a fresh brewed cup of coffee. Ask about our seasonal flavors while you're in!
There is a new tradition is our household: assorted chocolate donuts to start the weekend off to a delicious start. Donut Bank donuts are uniformly sweet, fresh and beautifully displayed. The fresh yeasty deep fried flavors are kissed by a delicate glaze that flakes off the treats and shimmers in the bottom of the empty box waiting to be picked up by a child looking for the last little taste.

There are always chains... but the hands-down best place to buy delicious donuts for family or work in Evansville. We go at least once a week for one or the other. Multiple locations with consistent quality product. Been going since childhood.

First, I have to say that Azzip is the best pizza I've had in this area. The ingredients are good (lots of options), and the employees are always friendly (even when they're super busy). The only drawback is the smoke from the oven. It's too smoky in the restaurant for me to eat there. I think it's better than it used to be, but still too much smoke (makes my eyes water).

Each morning while in Newburgh on vacation we walked to Cleo's. Great bakery! Wonderful Coconut cake and Rosemary Biscuits.

its like going to subway and building a pizza. Pizza toppings were good and flavorfull. The method of cooking which is very fast made for a dry tasteless crust. Had lunch ordered eaten and left in under 30 minutes.

The coffee and atmosphere is aligned with the rest of starbucks, like another commenter stated, their parking is very limited. If you go in the early morning there is a knitting group who take up all the spaces, then there is the lunch rush. So timing is everything.

I love The Tin Fish! The calamari is the best so far I have had in our area. My daughter and I share a calamari platter that comes with a large helping of calamari, slaw, and a bunch of waffle fries. This is the only restaurant I will eat slaw at..I am so picky with slaw.
My son and hubs don't care for the place, because the are not seafood fans. They do have chicken, but everything has the Old Bay type seasoning (including fries) which they don't care for.

Lucid is a third wave coffee shop dedicated to serving the best coffee in the area. We focus on light to medium roast, single origin coffees, that have an amazing range of flavor notes. We can brew single cups of coffee or a latte to anyones exacting standards. For those who want something other than coffee we do offer tea. To compliment our drinks we offer the bet fresh pastries in town from The Dapper Pig.
I've been to Lucid three times, and each time am very pleased with the increase in traffic. Newburgh is quietly and successfully welcoming independents, both in dining and shopping, and I am so glad. Lucid is a great addition. Their coffee is excellent and their giant cinnamon rolls, baked in Evansville, are to die for. Friendly staff who work hard to please, and a wonderful store (independent from the coffee shop) has unusual and wonderful items to look at while you are drinking your coffee.
