Very good food and the custard is wonderful, the shredded chicken sandwiches are very good as well. And I like how u can buy the tubs of custard to bring home.

It's already reviewed on google.
Fiesta (both locations) is by far the best restaurant in Mount Vernon. The food is full of flavor, the portions are huge, and staff is prompt, courteous, and always ready with a smile. No matter what you order, you'll be happy and full, and your first thought when leaving will be figuring out when you can come again.

If you love ice cream this is the place to go, especially for the money. You can't beat their prices and their ice cream is very good.

This is a convenient place to get a quality cup of coffee. They have a really nice selection of coffee and other types of drinks which are reasonably priced. The owners are really nice and a pleasure to talk with when they are not exceptionally busy.

Honestly, I don't like writing bad reviews. You know, if you cant say anything nice, don't say anything at all. But, even though prices are extremely low here...I still feel compelled to state that ANY diner...in ANY city...should have the BEST coffee around! We weren't able to finish ours due to the poor quality/taste. (And no, I am NOT a Starbucks fan) Yes, you can get full on the food here for next to nothing but again...we will choose to pay more for higher quality food elsewhere. My French Toast was so underdone that I simply left it after a couple of bites...around the crust only, where the egg batter was almost cooked completely. The well done bacon I requested was short of raw. I would have said something about that but the only time we saw our waitress was to order, then to drop off the bill! Which, obviously was no big deal since we definitely did NOT need refills on coffee! Jeesh! The one quasi-appealing point was the selection of candy in the front of the diner. Very complete and fun to look at to reminisce of childhood favorities!

The choices are massive for a small town bakery. Everything was fresh and
beautifully presented. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hard to choose the options
were so vast.
Finally chose some kind of "TO DIE FOR" chocolate truffle brownie thing...
(don't remember the name but I could point it out to you!). Ha Ha.
Just go in there and drool and buy more than you think you need. You won't regret it.

Chef and owner Anak Agung Aryanata utilizes his 20-plus years of international experience to offer a creative menu featuring expertly prepared dishes in a casual, laid back atmosphere. Options range from pasta to seared salmon to fiery Southeast Asian cuisine, as well as farm to table specials. Parkside Restaurant & Tavern is conveniently located next to The Kokosing Gap and The Heart of Ohio Trails as well as Ariel Foundation Park.
First time returning to restaurant with new owners and menu and great atmosphere for business lunch or dinner meeting. Food was excellent and surprised at diversity of dishes. I had flank steak which melted in my mouth. Yes, price is higher than previous owners but it is a restaurant designed for a nice and slow quality lunch and dinner--not a deli or pub with a burger/sandwich and chips thrown on a plate!
