My daughter introduced us to Twist where she goes for lunch with a friend who needs gluten free foods. The food is great! You can get salads, sandwiches, and desserts, maybe lots more, but that's been our choices. You'd never know you were eating gluten...MoreThank you so much Kathleen and John for your kind words! We are so proud of the food we offer, and are incredibly thankful you've noticed all of the hard work my team puts forth! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

You know one of those advertisements on TV where they highlight "talk to a real person"? Well, I was concerned with multiple allergies and to different foods in the group who I was entertaining. No worries whatsoever! The staff here was very comprehensive during the ordering process, very knowledgable about every dish and both its ingredients as well as its preparation, and certainly patient as we made our choices.
The food itself was superb, a great blend of spices where there should be spices, and good balance of ingredients to make everyone feel they'd had a very good meal.
Thanks Saigon for a great experience. We'll be back.

First off, we go out of our way to come here for muffins and we’ve never been disappointed. My favorite is the lemon poppyseed.
However today we tried it for lunch and we were a little bit disappointed. There were not a lot of choices for types of meat, basically ham and Turkey. There was not a lot of meat on the sandwich. And I found a twist tie in my sandwich so that mean someone wasn’t very careful.

The DD in Millis is very good...clean shop...and spotless restrooms. Love the decaf iced lattes and of course the iced coffees, iced tea, as well as the strawberry and orange coolattas. Love the mini coolattas...great for the grandchildren. Donuts and bagels...great. Centrally located on Millis on Route 109...a very convenient stop...morning, noon, or evening. A great place to sit in and chat with friends...never rushed. When in Massachusetts visiting relatives, we always stop in at the Mississippi Dunkin Donuts.

We went for an early dinner. They weren't busy yet so you'd think we'd get good service but, on the contrary, with little to do some of the younger female wait staff decided this would be a good time to gossip and fool around loudly by the grill room window. Nobody told them to cut it out so it went on and on until I think one of them went home and then it quieted down.
Our first impression was better, we were greeted by a smiling young man who when we told him this was our first visit showed us to a table and hoped we would be back. On our way out a charming young woman said she hoped we'd enjoyed our meal.
Our order was quickly taken and my request for decaf coffee responded to with a fresh pot.
This is an old rail station waiting room but nicely converted to a long restaurant with a bar and tables down one end and the grill and dining room with tables and booths up the other. We took a booth which was a mistake because 15 minutes into the meal a mother with two loud squirmy children sat right behind me. So with noisy wait staff on one side and jumping bumping children in the seat behind me this was not a peaceful situation. More alert staff would have located this family away from other guests. There were still many empty tables.
The Specials were in the mid twenty dollar range. My salmon was large, well cooked but didn't taste great, the rice was lumpy and some of the green beans still had stalks attached.
On the way out I asked the front desk if the food in the bar was the same and was told yes it was. But at least in the bar you wouldn't have noisy kids and waitresses gossiping around the grill.
So I'd suggest you eat in the bar. Overall I think somebody needs to take control.

Used to Live in the area so would go to the Bluemoon on a regular basis ever since it opened probably 20 years ago. I was visiting the area and meeting a friend so a good halfway point was the Bluemoon. The sandwich makers are extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. However execution was not that great. I ordered the pear and Gorgonzola salad and asked to switch out the cheese. She handed me the salad and I noticed there wasn’t any cheese and I said what about the cheese and she apologize. fortunately I was eating at the restaurant because when I sat down the pear was missing. I had a challah roll on the side, and it wasn’t as flavorful as I remember the entire braided loaf. My friend had the tofu and peanut butter chili that I didn’t taste but she thought was excellent. She opted to have some sliced bread that was excellent.

First, they definitely need to upgrade the place but the serving staff are great, the food is good and they give you lots of it. Terrific breakfast menu, love their Irish Benedicts! Something for everyone on the menu. Never been for dinner but have been there a number of times for lunch. Love their fish Reuben, great club sandwiches and did I mention how attentive the staff is? Constantly refilling sodas, drinks.

Conveniently located on Route 109 in Millis, the Black Cow has the best ice cream in the area. There are usually lines, but they move quickly. I don't know if the ice cream is made there, but all flavors are fresh and delicious...especially the maple walnut, which is full of walnut halves. The chocolate chip is chock full of whole chips and is definitely my second choice after the maple walnut. Of course, they have a wide range of popular and interesting flavors and cones...as well as sundaes, frappes, and shakes. All very tasty. When in Medway, visiting my son, a trip to the Black Cow is always on our list of things to be sure we get to do. It is our go to place for a refreshing sweet treat.

Had not been here in quite some time. Renovations really opened up the bar area. My partner had the fresh scrod with mashed potatoes & substituted veggies with a large salad. She loved it. Me, the cafe burger with onion rings, very tasty. Tall beers on tap with a good selection as well as special cocktails. Entertainment on Fri & Saturday which is great for us !! Nice mix of young & older patrons. We ran into friends from the area as well as making new friends. We will be back.

A warm neighborhood restaurant serving American cuisine with an Italian soul. Menu changes seasonally and offers nightly specials that reflect the best of what is fresh each day of the season.
Pulling up to this little gem hidden away in the midst of a residential neighborhood, I had low expectations. However- I was proven to be delightfully wrong.
From the warm welcome of the maitre de to the cheery helpful waitstaff, we were instantly made comfortable.
The wine suggested was the perfect compliment to our amazing dishes. I had the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with mushroom risotto and it was heavenly!
Portion size was generous and my take home fed me two more times!
This place is a must!
