Spectacular food, casual atmosphere, good staff. The toasted gnocchi and french fries are world class (although eliminating the romesco FF sauce is a bummer). Truly. Avocado bruschetta and tuna tartar are long term winners. Run, don't walk, to Larkspur. Ask for the soft serve ice cream from the (excellent) sister pizzeria next door; not on the menu, yet delicious. Only complaint is the sticky toffee cake, otherwise known as the best dessert in NorCal has goon missing. :(

Nice busy restaurant in Corte Madera town centre. Very substantial choices with specials. Good sushi starter of California rolls, fresh tasty and good value for two to share. Massive ahi tuna salad and excellent three taco mahi mahi. Good wine list and big choice of beers. All in a good experience at sensible prices.

This is a super cute little grocery store with a lot of small town flavor and small-town charm make me smile every time I go in there and go shopping because there’s a lot of cool things they have in things he would not expect in such a small store and they are really friendly there and I like it

Our flagship café is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Mill Valley. The café vibe is laid back with casual outdoor and indoor seating and a fresh menu of made-to-order sweet and savory waffles, salads, and egg sandwiches. Mill Valley’s history runs through the café, from its rich coffee roots to the salvaged railroad ties and bicycle parts used to create its patio furniture. Sip a cappuccino or a glass of wine. Throw back a double macchiato or a pint of beer. You’ll find yourself coming back for more.
I have been drinking Espresso for decades and I think this place has the best coffee in the whole Bay Area. The staff are friendly and the coffee comes out the way I ordered it every time.

This restaurant is a pleasant change from the minimalistic restaurants that have seriously crept into the dining scene. The hunting lodge décor, wood paneling, fireplace and rug made this charming restaurant cozy and easy for conversation and conviviality. The food was brought as ordered: the marinated skirt steaks, a generous rib-eye a smoked chicken salad--all received high marks, only the duck could have used improvement. The hot, thin French fries which filled the plate didn’t hurt The Napa red was a good companion to our entrees. Even the rolls were good. Share the oyster medley for the appetizer. Order the key lime pie for dessert. Good service was maintained even though the restaurant was full. Bon appetit.

Left Bank is an authentic Parisian-style brasserie located in the historic Blue Rock Inn in charming downtown Larkspur. Built in 1895 during the railroad era, The Blue Rock Inn was a popular weekend destination for San Franciscans to come dance and picnic under the stars. Open since 1994, Left Bank continues to be a destination for folks from all over the Bay Area to enjoy a casual snack on the sunny terrace, a glass of wine or hand crafted cocktail at the lively bar, or an elegant dining experience near the fireplace. At Left Bank, you are sure to capture the true feeling of the Rive Gauche in Paris. Nineteen years of working with local organic farms allows us to bring you the best seasonal ingredients available. Chef de Cuisine Fabrice Marcon offers an often changing, French brasserie menu of hearty, rustic, and authentic dishes featuring a diverse selection of natural meats, sustainable seafood, fresh local vegetables, salads and sumptuous desserts.
My wife and I had a late lunch, which worked well as it appeared to have been packed earlier. Service was good. The appearance was very nice. Food was dominantly French, as is expected at a Brasserie. Good draft beer and an excellent wine list were both present. I had Fondue Aux Fromages and Croque Monsieur while my wife had Tarte Lyonnaise and Onion Soup. All were tasty and good quantity. It was easy to see why it was locally popular. Prices were lower than we had expected. We look forward to another visit there soon.

This female owned spot with a female chef is an unbelievable gem in the middle of suburbia. If this food were served in SF there would be hundreds of people lined up out front. Thankfully, there are typically only a dozen people lined up here for the famous tea leaf salad and anything else on the menu. Trust your server to guide you in what to order- you can't go wrong!

This is a very popular restaurant so good idea to make a reservation. They make their own olive oil which you can purchase at the restaurant. I particularly like the fresh bagatelle with pulled rabbit. Excellent wine s by the glass.

Had another delightful lunch here. Huge salads and excellent portobello sandwich. Great views if you get a window table and even though filled, noise level was quite moderate. Service was fine...not obtrusive. Just missed getting that fifth star...truly a 4 plus?
