Very very impressed with everything about this Restaurant. We had The Steak and scallops and the Chicken Marsala. Excellent meals, both very nicely presented. The service was great. Water and fresh bread bought to the table without asking. service was great. Very clean a restaurant with a great atmosphere. Would definitely Dine there again.

On any visit we make to Casablanca Hotel/Casino Katherine's is a must restaurant to visit. A bit expensive, but worth every penny. They have appetizers, salads, entrees and deserts not found in fine restaurants we visit here in Las Vegas. Comparable to any of the finer restaurants in major hotels here but less pricey. Service is impeccable and has a dessert/Mexican atmosphere. Can't wait to revisit as my mouth is watering as I'm writing this review.

We waited 30-45 minutes for a “ 10 “ wait, I asked if there was vegetarian food. Everything is cooked in lard( Manteca) nothing but green salad for vegetarians. Very disappointed with the misleading statement that they are veggie friendly.

Lacking in service, lacking in food quality, lacking in staff.
It seems that no one really cares about the customer in this venue.
It was just the opposite of our experience in Gregory's, where the food and service were great. I would recommend avoiding this option.

The River Cafe has 24 hour breakfast specials. That's what we had. They also have a separate Chinese food menu as well as a regular menu.
The breakfast specials were cheap. You got a ton of food that was great. I had two pancakes, two eggs, two bacons, two sausage and hash browns. My wife had the ham steak breakfast. The ham was huge, as well as really good too. If you are in Vegas, go to Valley of Fire, keep going to Mesquite, eat here, and continue on the Interstate for a while. A great day trip with a cheap food break that was excellent.

We stopped in between games of our senior softball tournament. Seated immediately. Loved the decorations. Food was awesome as was the waitress. We had a Turkey wrap, chicken tenders and chicken wings. All were delicious. Also had two shakes and they were awesome! Two thumbs up!

Stopped in for a snack after golf. It was pretty empty since it was already late afternoon. So had to wait for a staff member to assist, but the bartender took over to get us started at our table. Had the chicken quesadilla. Filled with lots of melted cheese, chicken and green Chile. Plenty on the plate. Very tasty. Also had the Chicken Club Sandwich ,had a good amount of grilled chicken breast, fresh avocado , bacon on toasted bread and cole slaw. All very good. The views of the course are great. Great way to end a great day at Wolf Creek golf course.

Atmosphere cozy darkly lit. Ordered the chicken Alfredo and Cesar salad. Also the sampler appetizer with calimari shrimp and brucetta. Salad and sampler plate good. Alfredo was bland. Bread was good with the beans and oil. Service good and waitresses friendly. Kind of pricey for what you got.
