It was rainy Friday night, so we didn't think it would be that busy. It sure was. We put our names in for both sides. We waited about 40 minutes and got seated on the seafood side. It can be loud in there and the tables are close together, but the food and service was excellent. We had clam fritters, stuffed quahog and scallops wrapped in bacon for apps. They were all delicious except the fritters were a bit too doughy. My swordfish entree was outstanding. A huge filet with a cremalata and refreshing corn salad. My friends also enjoyed their fish entrees. For dessert I had the grapenut pudding and it was just like my grandmother's which I love. I thought the prices were terrific for what we got. I hope to go again to try the sushi.

We use to stop here years ago and had an opportunity to return recently. We had a lobster roll and a clam plate accompanied with quahog chowders. Everything we had was very good. The lobster roll was fresh and the clams were small, tasty, and not greasy. Even the fries were good. The chowders were excellent, plenty of clams and served with a nice broth. Our meals were very good Unfortunately we didn't have room for ice cream. This will be a place we will definitely return to when we're in the area. Also prices are great. This is a busy restaurant, but well worth the wait.

Everything from gourmet pizza to fine dining in one little restaurant. We’ve been going here since opening 8-10 years ago. It is local for us so when in doubt Ella’s is our go to place. Excellent food with creative presentation and new tastes every time we dine there. The chef is very good. Never had a bad meal.

Delicious pizzas, just the way I like them which is THIN crust. Staff always very welcoming. Lots of menu choices, specials and attractive desserts. Some pretty good pumpkin whoppie pies the other day were very tempting. Wraps; sandwiches; fries overall a great lunch place. Limited selection of wine available, but I'm in favor of their unsweetened ice tea.

A very welcoming spot in a kind of unexpected area. The atmosphere was informal and friendly. The place was clean and orderly with a pretty large menu for such a small space. It's obviously part of the local community (I was just visiting the area). The cappuccino was great, served in a large ceramic mug, and the coffee cake was fresh and tasty. One of the owners brought it to my seat. I wish I lived close enough to come more often!

Both myself and a large group of friends would frequent this establishment and last year we experience terrible service but we were regulars and decided we should give it another chance. This weekend we met a large group of co workers and were rudely told to move into another room which we did then we were told that we had to leave by a certain time now mind you everyone in the group were buying drinks and were contemplating buying food. I’ve had enough of this place and will not be going there again. Also the food is edible but certainly nothing fabulous.

Usually, by about 11-12 the pastries and muffins are scarce because of the huge wave of morning regulars. The best (also the only) other than dunkin donuts to get some on the go breakfast. Muffins are good enough but just make sure they look well baked before ordering. Recently, my new favorite has been the iced chai with a shot of expresso in it- very different but great for all sweet coffee lovers!

We joined an elderly couple entering an empty restaurant shortly after opening, ordered some drinks and per used the menu as Yastebuds filled up its small dining room. After ordering we waited quite some time, 35 minutes or so before we could order another drink. Food finally arrived. Our waitress was alone for the room and hustling to make drinks and take orders. The food was acceptable but not memorable. I tried to give 3 stars but couldn't change it when an excellent 5 registered.

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant for the past 3 to 4 years. It is a hidden gem on the south coast. Leanne, Jane and Pam serve absolutely delicious comfort food, presented nicely at reasonable prices in very relaxed and casual atmosphere over looking a beautiful water view. Our personal favorites are the chicken Parm , Chicken marsala and the chicken piccata. It is only open for dinner and only Wednesday through Saturday. As a result sometimes there can be a wait. They don’t take reservations per se. But if you have some time and want a delicious experience go there.

We pick up Sandwiches often times in the summer to take with us out on the boat. There is never a long wait to pick up (when placing order on site) and order is always ready for us when we call ahead. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. We love the Nance's Tuna!
