The city of Manitou Springs is a home rule municipality located in El Paso County, Colorado, United States. The town was founded for its scenic setting and natural mineral springs. The downtown area continues to be of interest to travelers, particularly in the summer, as the downtown area consists of many one-story, adjoining, small shops, restaurants, and pubs, as well as a creekside city park with a children's playground made from unusual materials. Among other services, shops cater to tourist interests such as clothing, candy, souvenirs, and outdoor recreation. The main road through the center of town was one of the direct paths to the base of Pikes Peak. Barr Trail, which winds its way up Pikes Peak, is accessible from town. The subdivision Crystal Hills was added to the municipality in the 1960s.

The Cliff House Dining Room has gained national renown as one of Colorado’s premier dining destinations. We are proud recipients of the distinguished DiRoNa Award and the 4 Diamond Award in Fine Dining from AAA.
We had a delightful dinner here! Drinks were very good and we were presented with a special bite sized appetizer ....a gift from the chef....it was awesome!! Our dinners were very good....the elk chop and the shrimp and scallops dish! Bread pudding was excellent!
Breakfast is included with your hotel stay. After such a wonderful dinner the evening before, I was very disappointed with the breakfast! Fresh squeezed juice and coffee were great....breakfast pastries were terrible...dry, and very bland...cold and tasteless! The egg casserole dish seemed to be dried out. Fruit and bacon were good.
I gave the excellent rating for the meal we paid for.....but I would have to give the breakfast a poor rating!

The Sahara Cafe offers a variety of the Middle Eastern foods such as Falafels,Chicken,Hummus,Kabob,Baba Ganoush, and caters alot of events.
Picked up lunch once from here, the falafels were wonderful. Good meditation food with plenty of vegetarian options. Good location, but parking can be tricky to find on Manitou Ave. We had falafel sandwich, platter and some fries - everything was in line or above our expectations.

Hand scooped and delicious! the gentleman working the counter was awesome with the kids and taking their orders. Everything was super fresh and we loved the custard! Their are cute little table around the corner that are perfect for enjoying your custard!

P.J.'s Bistro is a modern eatery with Eastern European influence. We also offer an array of American food with a fresh twist.Made fresh daily, from scratch.
We stopped in for dinner and were surprised to find a restaurant with a European menu. The specialties are best described as comfort food served on potato pancakes. Our table had the Meatloaf with Five Mushroom Sauce on Potato Pancakes and the Stuffed Cabbage Rolls. Both were excellent.

We love making sweet things. Our home-made ice cream has been voted the best year after year and our hand-made chocolates and sweets are created with such care and attention they have gained a local and national following. Along with old-fashioned chocolate favorites, a truly decadent line of truffles, espresso drinks, and funky gifts, we also have a friendly team just waiting to "sweeten your day!"
The ice cream served (which is Josh & John's brand, a Colorado Springs craft creamery) is delicious and several of their flavors are gluten free. Unfortunately, the portions are meticulously weighed and a single scoop means exactly that - one small scoop. Given that the prices are a little on the high end, this all makes for a treat of average value. The staff said that most of their chocolates are made without gluten containing ingredients, but because there was such a high level of cross contamination persons with gluten sensitivity should avoid the candy altogether.

It was a very cold day in Manitou so I headed to Good Karma to warm up and enjoy a coffee. I ordered one of the specialty coffees with white chocolate, and it was perfect! The prices are reasonable considering the amount and quality of the coffee. I also ordered a cinnamon roll which complimented my drink nicely. They also do breakfast, which I will have to try next time. The server was very friendly, although a little slow but they were alone on a busy day. The atmosphere of Good Karma, was very cozy and had plenty of space. Next time I find myself in Manitou I will have to come back for breakfast and a coffee.

Crystal Park Cantina is a unique, home-style Mexican restaurant in Manitou Springs serving delicious food made with the finest ingredients available.
This little cantina artfully blends southwestern warmth with that Manitou foothills vibe. The service is friendly and casual.
I just don’t really care for the food. I want to like the food, but the flavors and preparation just aren’t “there.”
Great place to relax and enjoy a drink among friendly people, though.

They have some really great ice cream, but don't go there if your counting calories. This is the real thing. Very creamy and rich. They have everything from Vanilla to Rocky Road. Be sure to get a punch card, if you plan to return. They give some sweet deals to returning customers.

Savelli's has been serving customers in the Manitou Springs area since 1998. We have over 25 years of experience in the pizza making business. All our pizzas are made with quality cheeses and toppings. Our sauce and dough are handmade, fresh daily. Our pasta sauces are made from authentic Italian recipes. We do not cut corners and are proud to make our pizza, pasta, and subs the old fashioned way.
We were informed by a few local folks Savelli's was an excellent restaurant for Italian food. My wife and I did not know any restaurants in Manitou Springs. We tried and liked it. My wife told me the calzone was the best she has ever had. I had the chicken parmigan. The portion was just right along with taste. The restaurant was not busy and our service was excellent. We will definitely return and try more menu items.
