This was my first ever visit to Lompoc and my first visit to 'Eddie's Grill' restaurant (Fri. 12-15-2017) with my brother Andrew. He had the Grilled Chicken Club on Grilled Sourdough, while I had their delicious Double Bacon Cheeseburger with fries combo. The beef was grilled to order, the four strips of bacon cooked crispy and the American Cheese melted across the sandwich perfectly. The sesame-seeded bun was toasted just right, and that truly made this a perfect burger. I can see why Trip Advisor has placed this restaurant on top of its restaurant list to dine in Lompoc. The military staff from Vandenberg AFB and many locals kept streaming in throughout our lunch hour visit. I highly recommend dining here if yer ever in Lompoc. FIVE CLAWS UP!!!!! Thanks for reading my review. Joe G. Bear - Redondo Beach, CA

We had gone to downtown Lompoc to view all the building murals and noticed Sissy's Uptown Cafe and decided we would head there for lunch and viewing the murals and poking around in some of the shops. What a wonderful, family-owned and operated cafe! It was a nice experience and was definitely a locals place, as everyone seemed to know everyone. The food was excellent and be sure to save room for a slice of one of their pies.

Find this great space on H street in the Historic Downtown- love the space-
Good Coffee especially the LOMPOC selection which was dark/smooth-
Like when I see a coffee house actually grinding beans and using coffee equipment other than just a drip pot.
On a Saturday afternoon the pie selections were gone- but the lemon bars still there- maybe keep a fresh pie in back or some treats for the afternoonies.. just a thought- I am worried this gem may not be able to withstand the heat from Starbucks... but hoping we can keep it going-
Liked the lighting on the tables and looked like lots of plug ins for computers--
Friendly service- having a dog inside was a bit of an issue but..
Bathroom was fairly clean-
Some of the artists should make some t-shirts with some of the great local art around-love the cow mural and the seed packets a block over!
Street Parking-hoping to come back and spend a bit more time!
Thanks for a great space and use of a beautiful historic building!

I was not happy with my meal....the Mexican Pork Chops. The chops were extremely fatty and tough, almost impossible to cut or eat. As a first, I ended up throwing the entire meal in the garbage dump.
Other reviews are favorable....just don't order the Pork Chops....:(

The food was great, but the service was slow. Took a while to get our drinks. Ordered a bottle of wine, 3 of us drinking and only had 2 glasses, the rest were dirty. Eventually got another glass and it was dirty. They were a little busy, but it shouldn't have been that bad with 3 wait staff,1 busboy and a host.

Several people recommended this place, so after touring the wonderful murals scattered around town, we wandered in about 2 in the afternoon for a late lunch. It was fairly empty, mellow music was on, the decor was relaxing, and we likely everything about it. The service was attentive without being intrusive, the menu interesting, the food excellent, and the wine options well chosen. We especially liked the option of trying a flight of three or five wines (your choice from the wines by the glass list) or beers. A great way to discover unfamiliar wines/wineries. The lamb burger with rings was really first rate and we enjoyed the beet and burrata salad. There was so much food we ended up taking part of the salad away for supper. Well worth the money, which was actually a good value.

There were 4 of us for breakfast. We were seated in the last available table as soon as we walked in. Our server was quick with water and coffee. We each had something different. I had the American Host Breakfast with Ham Steak. Outstanding. The ham was over 1/4 inch thick and covered half the plate. Huge piece. It also came with 4 pancakes - 2 of which we took home because they were normal sized. Most restaurants that serve pancakes as a side normally serve small pancakes. Everyone else was pleased with their orders. The hostess & our server were both very friendly and attentive in spite of the fact the restaurant was 90% or better full the entire time we were there. Our food come out very quickly. Highly recommend.

Alfie's Fish & Chips is a family friendly bit of England. We specialize in Traditional English Fish & Chips, but we have all manner of seafood like scallops, shrimp, and calamari. We also have Chicken strips, a kid's menu and a great selection of Beers. Don't forget to visit our English market stocked with imported goodies!See you there!
Best fish in town! Made fresh to order and with the light beer batter coating it is totally awesome! Since I like crunchies, I always ask for extra and they scoop up the little crunch coatings an put in your basket. Chips can be ordered thin or the English fish and chips big cut. Also have limited non fish items, chicken sandwich as i recall, if you don't eat fish but hey this is a fish joint! Also have oysters, shrimp and some English delicacies to buy. Love this place! A beer and fish and chips and you're good to go!
