I had the New York Strip, my husband had the Texas T-Bone, teens had Baby back ribs - yummy! We came to Texas to visit during the holidays and we couldn't leave without having a taste of Texas. It's a moderately priced steakhouse. Excellent service and food.
Highly recommended.

Above average Tex-Mex and the full restaurant proved it. The table side guacamole was huge for two people... definitely family sized. Their salsa was one of the better restaurant ones we've had lately. Will be adding it into our mid-range restaurant rotation.

We were very pleased with Bistecca as always, as we celebrated our birthdays with friends. Steak Salerno is a must as an appetizer and has never disappointed. She crab soup is a wonderful starter and a house specialty. I had the tenderloin topped with crab and my partner had a wonderful snapper. Dessert was complimentary and the pecan twist is a heavenly chocolate treat. Nice wine selection available we just had the house Cabernet which was very nice. Morris Salerno is an amazing chef and host and we will return.

Have been here several times, sitting outside 2 times. This last time in October we had our puppy with us and server Rebecca was very helpful bringing him a drink of water. Food was good and nice quantity, as always -- I had grilled shrimp salad and my daughter had chicken salad. Service was good.
Only down side was flies were unstoppable. I know they're flying insects, but they seemed especially bad this time and am wondering if management can put something out in the garden to mitigate the problem. Please - it was really distracting and annoying.

It’s Saturday night & we were headed to Enzo’s at 9:39 because it said open til 10. We called to order to respect that the kitchen was wrapping up. We were told they don’t take orders after 9:30 and 10:00 means the staff leaves at 10. Then he rudely hung up on us. It’s Saturday night? We’ll check this off our list.

We stopped in because we recognized the chain from California. The restaurant wasn't crowded when we arrived so have no idea why our orders took so long to arrive. Once we had our food it was great and exactly as we expected. Love the pizookies!

Service by Mariella (not sure on spelling) was fantastic. Chips were good, salsa a bit on the sweet side for my taste. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they were very dry, onions were mostly blackened from the grill. The rice and beans were just average. Queso and guacamole on platter were very good.

Fine dining with a casual experience. Featuring a large selection of craft and local draft and bottled beers. Over 50 taps and 40 bottled beers. Full bar and an extensive selection of wine and hand crafted cocktails. Our diverse menu will tempt any pallet. As well as the warm comfortable ambiance indoors, come experience our large covered patio, where you can dine outdoors in comfort surrounded by our freshly growing herbs that we use for our dishes. At Verf's Grill & Tavern we use our hands and knives to create our food from scratch. We take pride in the fact that all components and sauces are created in our kitchen. We never compromise any of our dishes by taking shortcuts. We hope the sights, tastes and smells that were created in our kitchen become memorable. We await your next visit, where we are sure to have created new dishes to keep you returning to our independent, family-owned restaurant.
Verf's is one of our few "go to" restaurants! We love that we can pick up and go without worrying about a reservation and enjoy a well-prepared meal at a reasonable price. The patio dining is great - it's covered and climate-controlled, but feels like an outdoor patio. The service has always been good and everything we've ordered has been tasty. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars is the noise level. It's not a huge problem, unless you have a group sitting together. This is offset by the good food and the patio.
I also recommend the Sunday brunch! Love it every time we go!

My family has lived in Lewisville for 24 years, and this was our FIRST visit to Alfredo's. We discovered that it first opened just over 30 years ago while talking to its owner who personally greeted us. Having lived here for so long, we have seen restaurants come and go, yet this one which we had never visited before still hangs in there. We discovered why; the food is delicious! The owner cherishes her establishment, her employees, and family and this directly reflects upon how she serves her customers. They are very important to her. My wife is not the biggest fan of Italian food, so after letting the owner know she prefers Asian food, the owner made the recommendation of Linguine with white clam sauce. My wife loved it! My son and I had different dishes, and we too loved them. Needless to say we'll be back. We discovered why it has lasted over 30 years!

This was the first time we went at this new location. The kids meal was all wrong, ordered sausage and cinnamon toast, we got bacon and pancake instead. The rest of the meals were very tasty. We didn’t have to wait very long for our orders. Didn’t send it back because the waiter was just overwhelmed. I would not go back to this location because of the service. The only issue I had was with the service, being breakfast time, the busiest, they only had 1 waiter and he had a time trying to go fast enough from customer to customer. It was sad watching him. The food arrived warm, not hot. If they had 2 waiters I would of given a 5 star rating.
