Great food with a great view
This is a great location--directly on the river, flowing water and waterfall spray visuals included. Food was flavorful and portions generous. My date had the shrimp scampi, salty and presentation lacking. My steak and the the sweet potato crusted snapper were great. Being from Southern California the ample parking was a treat.

Best breakfast around, blueberry pancakes are outstanding!!! Love their omelets. Hash browns are so flavorful. This place is always hopping. On occasion we have had to wait for a table. Free coffee always available with that wait. Lisa our favorite waitress is always so accommodating.

The parking lot maybe full and there are lines at the windows, but it is worth the wait and the lines move along fast. The variety is endless and the prices are just right. Martha's closes after Columbus Day weekend and they have a sale on ice cream to take home.

I've been happy with everything (pizza, beer, wings, burgers, pasta, steak, chicken parm) that I have ever ordered at Rocco's, but I LOVE the specials! You never know what to expect; "Stacks", mac'n'cheese; seafood, steak. The specials add an adventurous edge to the comfort of a down-home restaurant. The chicken wing soup is an awesome way to start most any meal. Far better food and service than any chain restaurant and they offer a great veteran discount under the "Return The Favor" program.

American Style, Family Owned and Operated Restaurant tucked in the heart of the Adirondacks. This restaurant has been in the Waterhouse family since 1950. Since then, countless changes have brought the Restaurant to where it is today. We offer anything from Hot Wings to the Shrimp Scampi and offer a great rustic atmosphere. Come stop by and enjoy!
Generous portions, delicious food, excellent service. I was still enjoyed it for two more meals at home.Thank you so much for leaving a review! We are happy everything was great, hipe to see you again soon. -Matthew Waterhouse

The weekends are PACKED year round for this place. The food is great, not cheap, but cheap food isn't usually the best anyway! Great selection for breakfast and lunch. Lunch specials always available of different variety, all of which always sound great! Waitstaff is friendly and fast.

My family and I recently visited the Lake George area and stopped at Long Horn. Dinner and drinks were good (draft beer was a little pricey). We sat on the patio which was very nice and a fun place to people watch. Our server was very friendly and prompt. Seemed like a place the locals go but they welcomed outsiders, too. It's not too fancy but a good place to bring the family.

Five of us came for a light dinner and enjoyed wonderful club sandwiches, hamburgers, great desserts and great and friendly service. What a fun adventure! Who would expect such good and reasonable food in a little country store!

Nice place with outside seating! Inside decor is Adirondack, rustic and cozy! We had a great server and the owner is wonderful! My husband had veal milanese and loved it!! I had the veal sorrentino which was fantastic. My daughter had the penne ala vodka, which she loved. The entrees were served with fresh bread AND choice of soup or salad. We chose salads which were delicious. The dressing was delicious. We will definitely return. The portions were great! The service was great and the food was fantastic! We live in Saratoga and the food here in Lake Luzerne, was BETTER! ONLY 10 minutes from lake george. You won't be disappointed!

With a decent draught selection and some nostalgic brews to boot, this little bar was also well furnished, with plenty of seating and a happening dance floor. The live music added to the atmosphere, and several of the patrons seemed to be regulars, all dancing around the easy going bar having a good 'ol time.
The Bartender was great, and even joined in on the action at one point with some of the more rambunctious bar goers out for a night of frolicking and fun. A fully stocked fridge produced chicken fingers with a minimal wait for one hungry patron. There was also no shortage of squirrels if you were looking to chit chat with a potential special someone.
If you need to get away from the action and light one up, the attached smoking porch is a great way to meet new people, make conversations and establish lifelong friendships. If you are in Hadley, and need someplace to get away, you may just find yourself a regular at Melba Mae's. I know I'll be back.
