Have been there for breakfast and lunch. Long wait for breakfast, not so much for lunch. Breakfast service (after being seated) is swift and the food is tasty! REAL GOOD scrapple and all the items availabe are excellent! Eggs cooked EXACTLY to order!

Needed some baked good for people coming over. I skipped the usual big box bakeries and tried something different. What a wonderful surprise! The lemon poppy seed muffins exploded in my mouth. the donuts were moist and dense but not greasy. Well worth the small extra price.

Dairy Queen's specialty is soft serve ice cream and a variety of frozen drinks and desserts. The quality is consistent across every Dairy Queen I have visited. The sandwiches are standard fast food. You would not go out of your way to get a meal at Dairy Queen. High notes for the La Plata Dairy Queen are attractive decoration and pleasant servers.

We are a casual fine dining restaurant with a full bar specializing in Mediterranean and regional cuisine in the Southern Maryland area.
Enjoyed dinner with friends on a Thursday night.
What we liked:
1) Fresh, delicious, beautifully presented appetizers and main courses
2) Broad selection of food choices
3) Nice ambience, not too noisy
4) Fabulous service from Kevin--but not too much service. He was there when we needed him. Perfect.
5) Every bite was so amazing. I had a Brazilian steak dish, bursting with flavor. Perfectly prepared pilaf. Kale with bacon. Hot fresh bread with butter (or oil). The Baklava and fresh decaf was eye rolling good.
6) Prices suit the fare.
What we didn't like:
1) Nothing.
Would we return? Absolutely.

Texas Roadhouse is a steak restaurant providing legendary food with legendary service. Texas Roadhouse specializes in hand-cut steaks, fresh-baked bread, fall-off-the-bone-ribs, and made-from-scratch sides. We also serve ice cold beer and legendary margaritas. Treat your family and friends to a night at Texas Roadhouse.
We had eaten at this place several years ago and vowed never to return - time heals, so we went back for a try - we live in Southern MD, so options for dining out are limited (if you want something more than fast food or anything approaching a nicer restaurant). We were pleasantly surprised at our experience this latest time. Food was OK, not bad, and the service was the same - hosts/hostesses and waitstaff try hard if they are not too polished (younger and doing their best, we felt). Drinks are a little on the pricey side for a smallish serving, and make you feel a little like you have been slight advantage of - except the beers are a good value for the large glasses. As I mentioned, the food is just OK - the steaks are like any other middle of the road steakhouse you have eaten at before - nothing too memorable, but you won't complain either. So for us, the TRHouse is back as a "can't find anywhere else to go" place - not exactly a resounding endorsement, but in our part of the county, this is about as good as you can hope for.

My boyfriend and I recently tried Bollywood Masala and both recently enjoyed it. We shared an paneer appetizer that was a bit spicy for my wimpy palate, but he loved it! I had chicken tikka masala and he had vegetable vindaloo and we shared garlic naan.
It was all delicious!
I know we'll be returning to this place soon!

Went for diiner with a group after seeing a Port Tobacco Players show. Had reservations - very long table already set-up. Just like last time (two years ago) they had a single waitress assigned to our group of 16 AND assigned to at least four...MoreSorry we missed an opportunity to impress you. Could you please let us know more about your experience on our website?

The Lunch Menu had a decent and affordable variety of items. Drink items however, were limited. The mexican burrito meal was very lightly seasoned. Ok for quick lunch, wouldn't come back though. I would seek more authentic mexican food elsewhere. Stopped here for lunch after visiting thomas stone national historic site.

Came here with family and had a pretty good experience! Waitress was very attentive and friendly! Started off with the Chicken Satay and found them looking like grilled pineapple on a stick, but they were super flavorful and juicy with a nice peanut dipping sauce! Outstanding! Spring rolls were fresh and crunchy, also with great flavor!
The Tom Kha Gai soup wasn’t the best my wife has had, but her Eggplant with Basil was excellent with tender juicy Eggplant and chicken in a spicy sauce! I got a Floating Market Noodle soup bowl, full of sliced beef, meatballs and rice noodles, delicious! The Massamun Curry had a nice spicy flavor too it, but the spicy Tuna rolls were just okay, nothing special. Food was fresh and tasty and we will definitely be back in the future!

Better off going to Outback Steakhouse. The ribs were dry and hard. The BBQ sauce Togo containers had mold growing in the top. I was disgusted and threw all my food away! I will never order from this place again! Such a shame because I had been going to twin kiss since I was a child.
