I should have taken a picture! It was stuffed with delicious pork carnitas and smothered with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, chopped tomatoes and olives—and also served with beans and tasty rice! We were glad we took the time to find this place!

constant hovering from staff, do not honor coupons owners from Columbia not Mexico. Limited parking. Exit on to major highway. Extremely small space and interference with other customers.

The quaint country ambiance is very welcoming to locals as well as weary travelers. Norma, the owner and staff are friendly and accommodating to newbies. All food is made fresh to order and the variety of choices on the menu will accommodate even the pickiest of pallets. Portion size is slightly larger then average. Pricing is perfect for the farm fresh menu. Service, food and value were all excellent.

The food is always good, the portions are very large, and the pricing is affordable. Quiet, easy parking, and just 2 blocks east of hwy 97.

My favorite place to eat when I am in the area. The food is consistently good, prices are reasonable, service is excellent. Regardless of the hour, staff is friendly, hospitable, courteous, and present: I never have to ask for my coffee cup to be refilled. The wait staff is on the ball without hovering.
The atmosphere is pleasant; the location is ideal.
Plenty of parking, in close proximity to the highway and other services.
Top marks!

On my way North I stopped overnight in La Pine and based on the various suggestions I read on TA I selected Casetta. It is very small and friendly. I think there were only 2 employees, the cook/host/cash register person and a young server/busser. I had lasagna with salad (a simple serve yourself counter). There are several beer selections plus soft drinks. There is a merlot wine and a Chardonnay. The merlot was actually quite good. The lasagna was pretty good, but if you are an Italian food aficionado you would probably give it a C grade. If I am stopping in La Pine again I will eat there again. The prices are very reasonable.

We decided on Chinese to ring in the new year. Limited options in this part of the state. There were many good reviews of hunans. They were somewhat busy, waiters were really hopping. It just didn't work out very well. Our table of 7 received our orders with a couple of people seemingly forgotten. An order of chicken chow mein arrived without the chicken! It was mostly bean sprouts and little else with an earthy taste. They forgot drink orders. Although we ordered hot tea we never received it. Maybe it was a bad night. Unexpected rush?? Short staffed?? I don't know but I don't know if I'll go back. Left a bad taste in my mouth

I hadn't been there in two years and decided to give it another go. The menu had triple the choices and it was difficult to pick just one item! I had the beef stir fry, very tasty and filling. Toss up between that and the Asian Salad. Next time!

The best place of 3 we tried in La Pine. A really good breakfast place with interesting decor and quirky but delicious food. The Redneck Eggs Benedict with gravy and biscuits, instead of hollandaise sauce and English muffin was delightful. The staff and local customers were funny and friendly. All seven of us enjoyed our meals and the funny Men's room decor.

The food was actually quite good. Be aware that it was lax-a-daze high schoolers running it. We had to get up and get our own beverages, after seeing them sit on the counter for several minutes. There were not very many people seated (maybe seven), and the place was dirty.
The pizza crust was wonderful. It was homemade. The pineapple was canned and anemic in color. The mushrooms were also canned. The only thing fresh seemed to be on the salad bar.
