This was my first visit to this restaurant. It looks the way it must have several years ago, and smells a little musty, but the food is good. We had the hot beef sandwich and it tasted the way it should...good beef, great mashed potatoes, and homemade gravy. We enjoyed it and will return,

My family eats here frequently, year around. My teenagers have frequently asked to have their birthday meals here. The sandwiches are large, and amazing. Sandwiches range from $2.75-$6. Some favorites are the fish sandwich, philly beef or chicken, and patty melt. The chicken wrap is delicious too. I've had the footlong chili dog too, and it's great as well. An order of french fries comes in a giant basket that will feed 4 people for $2.75. If you want something different and have a big appetite try the farmer. Its texas toast and a giant hamburger patty topped with a giant mound of hash browns and drenched in cheese. A full bar that is heavy on the alcohol in their mixed drinks but easy on the pocket book. If you visit in the spring, summer, or fall sit on the deck and enjoy the view of the river and waterfall. Always a great time!

I ordered a vanilla dr pepper, and I was going to be charge over 4 dollars..... strange. I said to the person working, it is just a little vanilla flavoring, one squirt, in a dr pepper. ok she asked the manager and he then was going to charge an extra dollar.

Meet a friend or just enjoy a sandwich with fresh bread and ingredients that are so good. Fresh homemade soup is always a choice and all kinds of baked goods for desert. The Bakery is located an the main street of downtown Iowa Falls.

With family, including little kids. I’m always impressed with the quick seating and ability to accommodate larger groups. Service is typically fast (but may be a tad slow on a Sunday afternoon). Pretty standard Mexican food in small town Iowa. The Enchiladas Verdes are good! It’s a good meal at a fair price!

Great pizza. The cod and walleye and steaks are super and the prices are very reasonable. We love to take out of town guests here. They can hardly believe the quality and value.

It didn't look like much from the outside, but the interior was very nice. The egg too young I ordered was unlike what I've had at other restaurants; it was very good, probably the best I've ever had. Lots of vegetables, low salt, very good sauce instead of gravy. Service was great as well.

This is not a lobster and crab place...tasty soup, salad, sandwiches. Decoration is simple. Most of what you pay for is on the plate. It’s very good food and reasonably priced. Apparently, locals know that. Crowds were heavy when we were there at lunchtime.
