We dropped in to check this place out. It is filled with history. Everything from the juke box to the decor. There are few places that are operating historical venues. The food is nothing special: hamburgers and hotdogs. Not overpriced and reasonably tasty.

I go here often. They have good ice cream, service and a variety of other things to look at. This is a "Historical" place. I have been going here since we moved to Utah in the early sixties. It has always been a fun place to go.

Located on Historic 25th Street in Ogden, Utah, Tona provides a big city taste in a friendly and relaxed setting. Choose between the main dining area, the semi-private guest room, or watch chef's creations first hand at the sushi bar. Experience unique and original creations using only the freshest fish and truly authentic ingredients. Tona supports local farm fresh produce. Chefs at Tona create dishes around seasonal goods. Guests who come to Tona can expect to savor dishes they have not tried before. Our menu also offers inventive and tasty grilled and tempura items for those looking for more traditional fare. Please note that Tona accepts a limited number of reservations each night and leaves the majority of seating open to walk-in guests.
Having chosen to dine here based primarily on good TA reviews, I can't say I was surprised at how good Tona was. But I was kinda surprised at how good it was. First rate sushi both fresh and creative. The only problem was that I was solo and didn't get to sample as much of the menu as I would have liked to!
Will definitely return next time I'm in Ogden. And would consider going out of my way if I was in SLC!

Carlos and Harley's Fresh-Mex Cantina (C&H Fresh-Mex Cantina) started with a vision to bring amazing Tex-Mex food to the Ogden Valley (the OV). For years, satisfied customers, locals and tourists alike, have enjoyed this vision turned-reality. What is Tex-Mex? It is a term used to describe a regional American cuisine that blends food products available in the United States and the culinary creations of Mexican-Americans influence by the cuisines of Mexico. Tex-Mex cuisine originated hundreds of years ago when Spanish-Mexican recipes combined with Anglo fare. "Tex-Mex" first entered the English language as a nickname (an abbreviation) for the Texas Mexican Railway in Southern Texas in 1875. Why do we define our establishment as a "Fresh-Mex Cantina?" We pride ourselves in serving a complete Tex-Mex menu with only the freshest ingredients - all from scratch - nothing canned or frozen. It only makes sense for us to promote our "Fresh-Mex" concept as this separates us from the rest. If this is your first time to the "C&H Cantina," let me give you a glimpse into what you can expect. You will start off your dining experience with something truly unique - a trio of flavorful salsas, including our Fresh-Mex warm-style salsa (add some homemade guacamole). Then, try our house specialty, the sizzling fajitas, a selection from our fantastic assortment of entrees, or consider making your own plate. You really can't go wrong. To drink? Perhaps a signature margarita is in order. To add to your culinary experience, we have chosen a location that is as historic as our food. The Old Town General Store in Eden has been a fixture in the "OV" since the late 1800's. Built in 1890 by Elisha Wilbur, reportedly using woodworking techniques he learned from Brigham Young, the corner building opened as a general store and town post office on the ground floor and a dance hall upstairs. The 3-story house next door, also built by Wilbur, was fashioned after a model from the Chicago World's Fair of 1893. To add to the mystique of this unique location, legend has it that the ghost of Grandma Fuller still resides at "The Store." Don't worry, she only acts out if we don't provide great service. The General store has changed ownership many times over the years. As the current stewards of The General Store, our goal is to provide killer food in a fun atmosphere, all the while celebrating the history of this landmark. Take a moment to appreciate some of the antiques that adorn the interior or head outside, if the weather permits, to enjoy our awesome patio.
We have stayed in Eden twice now (for the skiing) and apart from Carlos & Harleys the available dining options seem few. The good news is that this place is great – great atmosphere, great service, great beer, and good food. Not great food because if you are the one member of the party that’s not keen on Mexican, your choices are limited but you’ll still get a good meal.
Would I go here again. Absolutely – we’ve had two or three good evenings here.

Lasagna was good, house salad pretty basic, Mint Julip and Manhattan were ok though the Dirty Martini was small but very good.. , GF pasta cooked perfectly and clams in butter sauce was very good. Rolls were amazing. Tiramisu and irish coffee was delightful. Staff very friendly and efficient. No booths, not very cushy just tables and chairs. We will be back. There are several other menu items we look forward to trying.

Located next to Diamond Peak Sports, this wonderful, local eatery, since coming under new ownership, has evolved into one of the best places for breakfast, lunch or light (non-entrée) meals. The soups and Panini's are excellent, great burgers and salads, and the wait staff does a great job.

We had seven for dinner. We were seated immediately and our beverages were rushed right out. Our waitress was Lindsay and she was very attentive, Oders were taken and it wasn't 4 minutes when our salads were brought out. Another 5 minutes for the main course. The food was delicious. What more could you ask of a restaurant?

We serve Artisan Style from scratch pizza's, sandwiches, Apps, Salads, Desserts, and Brunch Items. We offer over 100 different bear choices, 14 wines by the glass, and 24 bottle wine choices. We are located on the banks of the Ogden river and have live local music Fri, Sat, and Sundays.
First off if you like buffalo wings, Nates wings are so good! I make the 30 minute drive just for those sometimes! Otherwise the pizza selection they have is so diverse like a mac and cheese pizza or a tikka masala pizza (both of which are mouthwatering). Then you have the actual BOOK of beers. This place is great on a weekend night, when they are playing live music and you can have any beer (or a few) of your choosing... If you are in the area, GO.. and go now!

The place to be for Après ski, live music, specialty cocktails, delicious appetizers, lunch, and plated brunch on weekends and holidays. Open during ski season. Located in Earl's Lodge at the base area of Snowbasin Resort.
After a nice day of Skiing all you have to do is park yourself in this little bar and relax. They often have music playing while you experience the great service. One little tip, get there by 3p to claim your space before the masses arrive.
