Best Breakfast and Lunch in Hudson
Dropped in for lunch, place filled to the rafters with hungry customers but we were seated fairlt quickly. He ordered the all you can eat fried fish and actually ate 5 pieces of pollock, fries and two servings of cole slaw. I ordered the vegetable beef soup--very good and served hot as soup should be, fries, applesauce, and hamburger steak with mushroom gravy on the side. Portions large, service quick, BUT, I ordered my meat medium well and it came medium rare---yuk. I sent it back and cook simply put my entire plate in the microwave thus hardening my fries and my meat. Oh well, the birds will enjoy them. No self-respecting cook uses a microwave to recook meat!!!!!!

We visit here regularly and are never disappointed. We have ordered cones, cups, sundaes and shakes but have never tried their food. Even with lines out the door, it never takes more than 10 minutes. Servings are large and service is fast and friendly.

My husband and I love Bagels Galore. Their sandwiches are terrific and our favorites include the nova lox, chicken salad and Turkey cuban reuben. We have not had a bad thing to eat from the shop! I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Offers sugar free vanilla and chocolate ice cream along with many other flavors and toppings - cups or cones, milk shakes, various ice cream desserts, drive-thru or walk-up service with patio seating available, a little pricey for the sugar-free, loyalty program available

Another Great Meal and Cookies at Argento's Italian Bistro & Pastry Shop, 0042 US Highway 19, Port Richey, Florida, Hudson, FL 34668. WE started out to ride down to Argento's Italian Bistro & Pastry Shop for some of their great Italian Pastries & Cookies. They are the best, but since it was dinner time and we were able to get a table we enjoyed a great great meal then got my wife's Cookies. As always the service was great and they were very busy for a Tuesday (packed). My wife had her norm Soup, Pasta with meatballs, I had a salad, and the Veal Parm with pasta. Their fabulous bread rolls that are freshly made in their bakery. The portions were very large enough to each of us to enjoy lunch the following day. The food was outstanding very tasty we enjoyed our meal. WE stopped on the way out and got cookies at the bakery counter the real purpose of our visit. This indeed is a very nice place with excellent food and great service.

Where fun dining meets the Gulf of Mexico! Watch a beautiful sunset while feasting on a perfectly prepared dinner at a price that no other restaurant can match and a quality that no other restaurant can come close to! After dinner the night is not over because the night life takes over at Sam's! Move to the sounds of the best and most professional bands in Florida! The cool night turns into a fever hot party and the energy never stops!
We took our friends out to dinner here on their recommendation since they live in the area. It’s very popular because of its location right on the water. I can only imagine sunsets have to be pretty spectacular. As crowded as it was, our wait was less than 10 minutes. Our server was Brianna and she really hustled. Our drink order came promptly and entrees were ordered. Again, not a long wait. My seafood salad wrap consisting of lobster and shrimp was amazing! Flavorful, moist and so fresh. I chose onion strings also and they were delicious. Two others ordered fried shrimp baskets - no leftovers there. And the fourth ordered a half slab of the chipotle bbq baby back ribs with sweet potato fries - and raved about it. Something I’d consider ordering if we are ever in the area again. It was a great experience - the prices are reasonable and you just can’t beat sitting outside on the gorgeous waters of the gulf on a warm Florida evening.

This place always seems to have bad luck between hurricanes and fires/etc to the property. The staff is generally great and the food is good. Its a quaint location of the beaten path. There is really no view but just the tranquility and the marina give you a vibe that your right off the water. They do have some great beer specials and some entertainment makes it an enjoyable evening.

You would never think this place was this big by the outside. As we stepped inside It looked like a great, friendly pub with what seamed like a good local crowd. We were quickly greeted by a lovely older gentleman with an accent that made this pub feel very authentic.
Server came over as soon as we sat and brought over some Thick potato chips. Very tasty and seasoned well. We decided to order the Shepard pie and Fish and chips. Everything came out in a timely manner and was very good. I needed a bit more S&P on the pie and a bit more gravy(for my taste). Fish & chips were just as I would expect yum.
For dessert we just had to try something new. So Spotted dick it was. This, my friends, is not a taste for everyone. My husband thought it was ok, I on the other hand couldn't even finish a bite. Not for me.
Give these local folks a try.
