We were treated so well by the servers and the owner. We ordered the meat lovers pizza and the Hawaiian pizza, they tasted incredible. I can easily say this establishment provides exceptional customer service and makes you feel right special.
The owner came and talked to us about our visit to Eureka Springs, and we mentioned that we were there for my wife’s birthday, they said they are not letting us getaway without them singing happy birthday to us and not only did they sing to her , but gave us a delicious piece of chocolate cake.
We loved the food and the people. Can’t wait to go see them again.

Sun fest Market here in Holiday Island, is more than your typical 'captured audience' market. They have a wide variety of items that one would find in a high market store.
Veggies are fresh like others have stated, so if your like me and cook, they will pretty much have what you need to make good meals at home here. Tried their fried chicken from their deli, and it wasn't to bad. Better than KFC in my opinion. As a deli, its okay, as a market to get your 'sundries', fantastic!

We stopped here on the Sunday afternoon before Thanksgiving week. There was a young man working the counter. He didn't say hello when we entered, and there were no other customers in the place. He didn't seem very happy to be there; in fact any questions we asked about the products were met with one or two word answers. He didn't offer any samples of the fudge flavors we asked about, which seems like a no brainer in this type of business. We likely would have purchased more items if he had made any sort of effort. Also disappointing is that he didn't ask how far we would be transporting the product so he could determine how best to box the items - he just put everything in a paper bag. The prices were quite high on everything, and considering the serious lack of customer service, we won't ever be going back. For a business that depends on tourism and repeat business, they need to seriously step up their customer service. You can buy fudge many places, and where the prices are lower and they are actually happy for your business.

When they say Big Dipper they are not kidding. Their ice cream was amazing and the servings were huge. The people and atmosphere were nice and even though we came as a large group the people always took the time to answer all our questions with a smile.

Affordable, immersive, fine dining experience in the heart of Eureka Springs below the New Orleans Hotel. Meticulously crafted appetizers, entrees, desserts and cocktails served in an immersive atmosphere with an emphasis on fine dining service.
My wife and I ate dinner there tonight to celebrate our anniversary a couple of months early. She had the House salad and Tuscan Pork. I had Caesar salad and shrimp and grits. All were excellent. Michael was our waiter, and he did a wonderful job.
It was our first time to eat there and we look forward to going back next time we're in Eureka Springs.

We love visiting here whenever we are in town. Whether it's for a simple sandwich or hamburger lunch or ice cream or malt for dessert. We love it! The owners are so nice and we get what I call "old fashioned" service. The decor is part of its charm. It's a must visit!

This is a VERY SMALL little cafe that serves breakfast and lunch. It fills up quickly, but you can leave your name and phone number and they will call you when your table is ready. You can go and shop in the stores nearby and then return for your meal. We didn't know this but were fortunate enough to grab the last table one late morning when we went in. We saw them take names and filed that away for future visits. We will be back. The quiche was light and delicious, and the french toast was light and fluffy even if it was the thickest french toast I have ever seen! They serve breakfast until 11 and then they serve lunch. Since we were there for breakfast this time, we didn't have the carrot cake, but we will return for that!

We always like going here when we are in Eureka. In the fall and when the weather is nice, sitting on the patio is nice. The cheese plates are great and they offer a good variety of cheese and fruit. They do only serve beer and wine and have a good selection. On a lot of Friday nights, they have music either inside (not a really big space) or on the patio.

This is very small, but very unique establishment!! Off the beaten path and a little hard to find, but it is worth the effort!! Very limited menu, but what we had was very good. I had a Norwegian waffle and bacon. Both were very tasty!! My wife had a breakfast sandwich that was very good!! Limited hours, but food is good. Little service is offer or might be a 5!!

Wonderful food, prepared to your specifications. Waiters are most attentive. Drinks from the bar are well made; probably only need one as liquor is generous Beef, fish, pork, etc.
