Bar and Grill located adjacent to Beaumont Inn. Full service, lunch and dinner with full bar.
We spent 2 nights at the Beaumont Inn and ended up having dinner here both nights because there is almost nothing else in the area except some fast food.
Our food here was good. I really have nothing negative to say about it. The place has nice rustic charm that one would expect at a historic inn. It's a great space. The first night, I had the BBQ sandwich and thought it was fine. The 2nd night, when we really didn't want to eat there again but couldn't find anything else that was open, I ordered the same thing because there was nothing else on the menu that appealed to me. The sandwich was even better the 2nd night. The meat wasn't as dry and there was far more of it on my sandwich than there had been the night before.
If you are staying at the inn, you're probably going to eat here since it's the only choice, but it isn't a bad one.

Historic Soda Fountain/ Pharmacy now a casual restaurant/ pub/soda fountain
Flashback 60 years: "I wish I had a million dollars... Hot Dog!" Walk in and you're back at an old time pharmacy lunch counter. Wonderful treats to pick from. I like that staff will really tell you their favorite lunches, cookies or fudge favors. The fudge is a perfect treat to take away - especially if your taking a road trip or walk about the town. Be sure to find this shop and stop in at the counter.

My husband and I stopped in to check out the place and we were impressed. There were numerous pastries, pie, and cake available and we ordered a couple. Delicious! My portion was large, I couldn't finish it. The Italian sodas were good and the prices were reasonable. We didn't try anything on the lunch or coffee menu but there are several things to choose from. There are several different teas, as well. We will be repeat customers.

Steeped in tradition, The Trustees' Table's menus celebrate Shaker Village's roots by featuring dishes made of seasonal ingredients from our garden and local farmers. We had a reservation for 15 people. We were seated in a smaller dining room which was perfect for conversation.A lovely way to kick off the holiday season with family and friends. Many ordered the fried chicken, and everyone that ordered it said it was...MoreThanks for dining with us in the Trustees Table recently. I appreciate your business and the time you took to write a review. I'm happy to see that you and your group enjoyed dinner. We look forward to your return in the near future.

I have loved this place since I was a child. Not sure what I can say great about it that everyone doesn't already know. I recently stayed at the Baymont and received 20% off just by showing my hotel key!!

I've eaten at the Beaumont Inn since I was a child, and have never had a bad meal. The Dedman family is dedicated to consistency and quality of their delicious Southern fare.

After reading the reviews, we planned on making this our Friday night dinner stop. We were not disappointed. What a beautiful evening to enjoy dinner on the deck outside. The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly! So glad we stopped in.

We were looking for an easy dinner to serve at the church following our son and daughter in law's wedding rehearsal. Living 700 miles away, and never having visited the town before, I relied on trip advisor to give me some guidance on what places I should contact. Lee's chicken exceeded my expectations. When I called, the gentleman who took my order was kind and knowledgeable. We stopped by and paid for the order earlier in the day, just to make it easier on both us and the driver when he delivered our meal. The food was delivered hot, and was very good. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the meal, which made it easy for me to relax and enjoy the festivities.

After reading other reviews that praised the "homestyle cooking", it sounded like the place for me. I ordered the 4-vegetable plate and chose two servings of pinto beans, Cole slaw and baked apples. The beans tasted like beans from the store in a can or jar. I love good pinto beans, but these were not that good. The Cole slaw was inedible -- it was chopped cabbage swimming -- no, drowning -- in mayonnaise. I left it alone after two tiny bites. The supposedly baked apples were barely warm and literally tasted like canned pie filling from the grocery store. The corn bread was good. They asked if I wanted onion and relish with my beans, and I said yes, thinking that I would get a thick slice of onion and some chow-chow. Instead, there was a little bit of chopped onion and a green relish like that purchased in jars at the grocery store. My wife had a chicken salad sandwich and said that is was "okay". Maybe I am wrong, but it seems to me that there is not much cooking going on, more like serving grocery store goods in a restaurant setting.

I'm sorry but the food here is bland and uninteresting. Is not impressive at all. It's worth driving out to another town to get better Mexican food.
