Bakery/Cafe featuring handcrafted hearth breads, grilled and cold sandwiches, salads, soups, house-made desserts and espresso bar. We grind our whole grains on a 120-year-old grist mill and make over two dozen breads. Every bakery product is made from scratch at the Mill. Using premium products we cut and slice all our greens, fruits, meats and cheeses. We are open 7am till 8pm Monday through Saturday.
Since moving to Harrison a couple of years ago, Neighbor's Mill has been a frequent lunch/dinner spot with my husband, friends, and family visiting from out of town. Delicious selection of food with the freshest ingredients! Neighbor's has found the secret to making seemingly ordinary entrees "extraordinary". And of course, their breads, breakfast pastries, and desserts are simply beyond words. But tonight, it just wasn't quite the usual next-to-perfect experience. When you set the bar high, little things matter . . . even down to the potato chips served alongside the entrees. My Reuben was delicious (don't get me wrong), as was my husband's BBQ Chicken Sandwich; however, we each had only a scant scattering of small chips pieces. Looked like literally shaken from the bottom of the bag. Neighbor's is known for appetizing presentation of its food, even the simplest of entrees (which aren't exactly 'cheap eats'). My dark rye bread was a little over-toasted as well. Hopefully this was a one-time fluke, but felt this local gem's management should know.

Steve, Chris, and Joe DeVito have been doing all the preperation and cooking since 1986. Quality comes first at DeVito's ! Trout fishing available by appointment across the street at Bear Creek Springs. No license needed. Bait and tackle furnished. Pay only for what you catch. Cleaned and ice packed free or pay extra to have your trout cooked at DeVito's.
Joe and his staff served up the best prime rib that I have eaten ever and it was as big as my plate without exenterating (spelling?) My wife had Italian and see said it was great, on previous trips we had the tout which is to rave about.

Neighbor's Mill has an amazing selection of homemade breads, scones, muffins, cookies, and cakes. They also have beautiful and tasty salads and sandwiches. Everything is fresh and served with big smiles! Try their famous chicken salad with a cup of one of the soups of the day.

Donuts are light and fluffy. Love them. Would love to eat them every day. They do have a donuts of the day, but I usually get glazed. They can fill donuts with cream when you order. That's my husbands favorite.

We met here for a family anniversary dinner with a large group and they had no problem seating us. The fried pickles appetizer was huge and very good. We ordered fried catfish, grilled steaks, and BBQ pulled pork. All entrees were good and the service was amazing, even with so many of us! I almost left without dessert but decided to grab a piece of cake to go. It was 4 giant layers of sweet creamy coconut cake and I hear the Turtle Chocolate cake is even better! I would recommend this to families with young children because for a quick but nice night out.

I had driven by this little place many times before and finally decided to stop as we were looking for coffee on our way to hike the beautiful trails surrounding the Buffalo River. I had no idea! It was such a cute, hip little place...MoreThank you for your kind review! We love offering NW AR something different and are glad that you found us!

Their food was delicious and service was great. They offer dinner or lunch-size portions. For me, the food was seasoned perfectly. Their iced tea tasted great and our glasses were kept filled. Our friendly, efficient waitress brought to-go cups without being asked. It was very busy when we arrived but we were served in a very timely manner. The building is a former Rally's fast food restaurant and is limited on seating. Parking is, also, limited. It is easy to enter the parking lot from U.S. 62/65/412 unless traffic is backed up. There is a back entrance/exit which connects to Cottonwood Road. This restaurant is consistently voted #1.

I read the reviews and had to try it. We drove to Harrison for lunch and visited the cake shop immediately following lunch.
Don't be fooled because this business is located in a "small" town; it has all the offerings and quality one might expect from a large city bakery.
It is great and the number of offerings is exceptional.
It is worth a trip to Harrison just to shop at the Cake Shop. Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies, etc, all are addictive.

What a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere the wait staff and food preparers are a sprinkling of the maize queen and have opened up the avenues of my taste buds refreshing in both nutritional values as well as opening up new horizon's toward an appetized belly that genuinely belongs to me and my family as for this home we are coming back for thirds and fourths.. Yummily Delicious ..

Although it is summer, hot, and the tourists are everywhere, the price and quality at Dairy Queen make it a perfect place to stop! This was super clean and thie service was great! Also, the place was "easy in and out." Sometimes convenience is really important, especially when it is over 90 degrees!
