Firstly, the food is great but don't expect the typical diner menu. The place is small and expect to wait during prime time. The service is great and fast. The have great specials but again not your ordinary eggs and such. Nothing crazy but recommend you check their menu on line before going so you know what to expect.

Everyone here is trained so well. The young staff often greets you with a smile. The treats are a little smaller than the Pennsburg DQ, but they taste the same. I also think the atmosphere is a little nicer at the Pennsburg DQ. The drive-thru is hard here. BE CAREFUL or your hurt your car. It's pretty easy for me, but judging from the marks on the bumper posts, some people have a hard time making the turn.

Formerly the Red Hill Tavern, Doc’s Irish Pub is Gilbertsville’s hottest hang. Completely renovated in 2013 with an impressive outdoor patio and bar added in 2016, locals gather for fellowship, watching sports on the multiple TVs around the large horseshoe bar, and in a large dining room with ample seating. A diverse and delicious Irish Pub menu is prepared by talented chefs and served with a smile by friendly faces. Fish Tacos, Fresh Burgers, Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches, Flat Bread creations, an assorted beer menu, and much more are a diner’s delight.
Surprisingly good. Stopped and sat outside at their tiki bar. They have a great summer cocktail drink menu, many tasting great. The food was awesome and fresh. The potato skins were awesome. The staff needs to pay a little more attention to their guest/tables though.

I had called in at the restaurant on spec. while travelling between Lambertville and Reading. In appearance and offering the place is a traditional diner, with friendly service home cooked food and a smile served with everything.
I had the beef dog special with fries which was very pleasant without being outstanding. As a real slice of Americana the place is to be recommended long may it survive and prosper. I only wish I was allowed to eat the homemade pies!

Best breakfast in town & the sandwiches are outstanding. I haven't made it in for dinner yet but everything Chris makes is good, so I'm sure dinner is delicious. Bacon cheese burgers are one of my favorite selections at CD's Place. Great food & supporting a local business - it's a win win!

Even though it can get very busy at lunch time; the staff is always friendly and allows plenty time to look over the varied; and something for everyone menu. My personal favorites are the grilled chicken salad and grilled veggie sandwich. Soups and salads are to die for too. It's esp. nice to be able to do a cup of soup with 1/2 a sandwich.
One of the best soups was chicken vegetable, sounds odd but was delish!

Best open faced hot roast beef sandwich around. Gravy fries please! Perfect meal for that first cool autumn night that is just around the corner. Comfort food!

This little family owned restaurant is by far the best hoagie on the East Coast! Made to order with the freshest ingredients- soft and chewy roll, lots of veggies with the best tasting onions every time and piled high with meat and cheese! Grab a bag of chips and a Coke and enjoy!

Dinner with friends on the patio, was wonderful. Our waitress was very good. I decided to have the Crab & Mango salad, which was heaven. This is the fourth time I've eaten here, and have never had a bad meal. It is so convenient for my friends and I since we live in the neighborhood. Only downside is that the bar area is very tiny. If the bar could be made larger, I think we'd be there more often!

Good takeout chinese food at a reasonable price. Quality is always consistent and it is ready when they say it will be.
