Ferrante is a very large winery and restaurant. Its large size creates an unpleasantly loud noise level when it's busy. The view of the vineyard from the picture windows provides nice scenery. The portabello pannini was good; the bruschetta was an even better choice. Overall, Ferrante wasn't as good as I was expecting.

My husband and I were visiting the area for our 30th anniversary. We were staying across the street from Sunrise Cafe and stopped in for breakfast. We didn’t know it’s history for insults but found it hilarious. We ate breakfast with two Dicks, locals who come in every day. The waitress kept referring to them as two Dicks and we laughed the whole breakfast. The two Dicks were so knowledgeable about the restaurant and the area. Had it not been for the family style seating, we would have missed out on such an interesting conversation. The food was great too. Eggs were cooked just the way I ordered them and we will definitely be back. Just a side note, if you’re a snooty poot, please don’t go in. You will be disappointed!

I grew up in the area and it is truly part of every summer experience. I didn't realize until I was older how rare truly great doughnuts are. Nothing else quite compares to fresh, homemade Madsen's. I can't say enough good things about them.

Scribblers has great atmosphere, food and Chai lattes. We had the frittata and it was amazing. They also have a private room in back that can be reserved. A coworker and myself have been using the back room this week to prepare for an up coming exam. Of all the coffee shops I've been to this is my favorite.

A unique fusion of Tex-Mex and Caribbean flavors wrapped in a tortilla shell, and weighing in at over 1 pound. Outdoor seating available with a stunning view of Lake Erie. NOTE: This is a seasonal business open between the months of May and September.
Beef burrito, chicken burrito, veggie burrito, vegan burrito. All huge, all one price. Add guac for a dollar. For a normal human one is enough for two meals. For a sixteen year old boy, it's perfect for one. Order at the window and enjoy on the tables outdoor or to go. Will definitely go back. Great food and a huge serving.

Got together with wife's family before staying at lodge. Reserved through opentable and no hassle seating for 8. Food and beverages very good, steaks done well and my liver and onions thick and tasty. Restaurant using natural home grown products. Setting nice near the lake.

This is a quaint place, with a working, original soda fountain counter, with the chrome bar stools. If you've been in a Cracker Barrel, you're quite familiar with their "Old Fashioned Store", here, it's real, from the bldg., interior, soda fountain, music and assorted item for sale. There's a basic menu which any 'baby-boomer would readily recognize. The prices are quite reasonable and service is quick. In the event you are in the mood for something a bit better than routine, step back in time for the real thing.

My husband and I really like Chops. The large bar offers lots of seating and no one feels cramped or too close to the next table. Our favorite meal: the pot roast! This meal comes with a heaping portion of roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, veggies, and a salad. Don't skip the dessert either. The tuxedo cake is a must!

I'm surprised that Eddie's has no reviews. It has been at it's location for at least 20 years and is outstanding in every way. Plus Eddie is just a great guy.
Amazing! My family and I look forward to eating at Eddies every year! The food is always great. Best cheeseburgers around. Atmosphere is unique and bright. Seating available inside and outside. No credit cards accepted. Make sure you have cash.
