Limani is a leading Seafood and Greek restaurant in Westfield, NJ. Our chefs expertise is evident in preparing our delicious dishes. We specialize in delicious seafood and Greek inspired dishes. Limani has a wide range of options, from steaks to pasta and salads and more.
Ok. This place had me at “hello lobster fra diavolo” with its amazing, giant messiness and flavors. This place gets very crowded and it’s not a romantic place - you come here to eat and socialize. The service is fast, friendly. Recommended for a fun, yummy night out.

The Spanish Tavern is the premier destination in New Jersey for awarding winning traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisine. Those who have dined with us at Spanish Tavern have come to know us as restaurant they can rely on for superb food, delicious drinks, exceptional service and a gorgeous environment to turn the every day and most special of occasions into warm memories. New Jersey Monthly Magazine has named Spanish Tavern as Best Spanish Restaurant in Northern New Jersey. Our menu is well rounded, with a large emphasis placed on seafood dishes due to the seaside Spanish regions where the owners are from. Favorites include our Shrimp in Garlic Sauce appetizer, Veal Corunesa, Twin Lobsters, Paella Valencia and Branzino Filet a la Plancha. Our lunch menu is accessible for casual lunch meetups in addition to being a smart choice for a business meeting. A children's menu allows for Spanish Tavern to be a dining option for the whole family. Our private dining room can host up to 75 guests for any event, including christenings, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, reunions and charity events. Spanish Tavern also excels at catering and would be happy to work with you to bring you vision to life. Come by or call for takeout to see why we're New Jersey's favorite Spanish restaurant!
First the good . . . THE FOOD. We started with the some kind of Spanish bean and potato soup, which was very tasty. We each ordered paella, one order of Paella Valencia, and one of Paella Marinera. The portions were large, and the paella delicious.
Now the not so good. The dining room is one big room, jammed with as many tables, chairs and people as they can possible fit. The have tried muting the noise in the room by covering two walls with sound-deadening material, but it's still very loud, very crowded, and has zero ambiance. Second, service is slow at best. Third, it's grossly overpriced considering the slow service and the loud cramped dining conditions. Too bad, because the food is good enough to command the high price ($100 for two of us, without any liquor), but not in such a pedestrian environment.

Was in town for three days, and RJ's was right across the street from my hotel. So I dropped in for coffee. Coffee is my passion, and they had a nice selection of styles. I opted for a latté and the gent taking my order warned me that it would not be a S****. Which was fine with me. I got a "real" Italian (I have consumed many there) latté.
Later returned with two friends who are not so fanatic, but they commented on how much they enjoyed.
I returned for a breakfast; (unfortunately, I was only able to enjoy one in three days) and had an excellent scramble.
Definitely recommended if you are in the area!

Brought a friend here for lunch - service was great, food selections & portions were great! I got the adult Mac n cheese-filled with bacon, broccoli & a creamy white sauce- delicious. My friend had a lobster sandwich which she said was very good- we both brought 1/2 Home. The one downfall is that because it was lunchtime, it was pretty crowded with business folks & was noisy- it settled down once food was brought - a very welcoming place to visit

There are so many interesting and creative flavors to choose from here, but the only one you really need is the mint chip. Vanilla bean makes the best home made mint chip ever. It is creamy and simply perfect. The ice cream sandwiches are nice to take home to have in the freezer. It's a treat to come out and support this local small business whenever the ice cream craving strikes!

Much better Japanese food than you would expect to find next to a bowling alley in on North Avenue Garwood, NJ. The room and service and good and the Japanese selections run from good to very good (based on personal preferences).

Since my childhood, this bakery, which used to be in Plainfield New Jersey, has provided us with delicious Italian rum cakes for family birthdays. Not only the rum cakes are exceptional, but the Italian pastries are second to none. Keep up the great work and providing wonderful service.

The restaurant is famous for serving authentic, classic French cuisine in an atmosphere reminiscent of the Provencal countryside. Chez Catherine provides a wonderful dining experience When you enter Chez Catherine imagine that you are traveling the French Countryside. Our dining room is intimate, warm and charming, The peach colors, provincial furniture, ceramic cicatas, Santons de Provence as well as other themes from the French Countryside decorate the dining room.Private party room available for 10 to 40 people
This was déjà vu for another birthday celebration at Chez Catherine. In spite of new ownership since our last visit, the food continues to be superb. Service was professional yet interspersed with humor which made the experience even better. The restaurant is small but at no point did we feel crowded or rushed.
Appetizers:
Mussels- clean-tender with a delicious broth
Risotto with peas & lemon zest- creamy, with just the right touch of lemon
Entrées:
Dover Sole- doesn't get any better with traditional deboning/filleting at the table. Even the side of vegetables were outstanding.
Dessert:
Hazelnut soufflé- so good we ordered another
It's quite obvious that we had another memorable meal at Chez Catherine. We need to make more frequent visits.

Very original dishes, big portions, tasty food, nice setting but a few things could be improved: music is too loud and the staff comes and interrupts too often.
