First of all, please be aware that Muddy's has moved....they're in the building that houses the bingo hall, on Rt. 73, in Oley.
Met a friend there for lunch today, and we were very disappointed.....we've been coming to Muddy's for several years, and today's visit was the pits.
We shared a dozen jumbo wings with the sweet, red chili sauce, and they were really good......I mean, REALLY GOOD!
Then, we shared a beef brisket sandwich, which was terrible.....even saturated with both bar b q sauce, and au jue, it was so dry, as to be nearly impossible to chew, and very difficult to swallow.....as good as the wings were, the brisket sandwich was the exact opposite.....horrible!
The girl who took the order was pleasant enough. The place is clean....inside and out.....but, I just can't get over trying to gnaw on that brisket sandwich.....I felt like a dog chewing on a bone.

While travelling through Pennsylvania we stopped here because of Trip Advisor reviews for breakfast. When we arrived we sat at the picnic table out front because we were travelling with our dog. The menu had numerous dishes exclusive to the restaurant. And had many specialty combinations. We ordered the Blacksmith, the Adam& Eve, the Nemo, and some water for the dog. The food was prepared quickly and they brought a clean bucket of water for the dog. The Blacksmith consisted of 3eggs made to order, a large homemade hamburger patty, shredded creamed beef with thick sliced toast and a mountain of hash browns. There was so much, our teenage boy couldn't finish. The options chosen for the Adam & Eve were 2 eggs over easy, ( what turned out to be a large piece) ham, sweet potato wedges with cinnamon and sugar, thick and hearty whole wheat bread and baby apple fritters. The Nemo was homemade crabcake Eggs Benedict and another mountain of home fries. The meal was tasty and very different from the standard diner breakfast.
Throughout the meal the servers were attentive, pleasant and ensured that we were enjoying the meal.
Eventhough this is 10 minutes off the highway, it is worth the stop.

I used to come here when I lived in the area but hadn't been since I moved out of state. Had lunch on a recent visit and OMG I'd forgotten how fabulous their cheesesteaks are! Close your eyes and you're in Philly, they are so good. Good selection of beers as well. Great local hangout.

First visit to Max Crema's last week. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a large flavored coffee which I found to be very good. Enjoyed chilling in the seating area until it was time to go to work. I will be back again :)

Oh dear! Found this place using TripAdvisor while traveling from Texas.
1st clue was when the young lady working the counter didn't know what a Philly Cheese Steak is. Isn't this Philadelphia?. The Steak with cheese sandwich was "frozen meat with cheese". So we settled for plain ole cheeseburgers. Guess what Frozen patty and cold buns. Gee how hard is it to toast buns just a little on hot grill. Onion rings and French fries were ok (We think from a bag too).
Anyway, didn't have ice cream products so hopefully that's their money maker. Surely not their meat products. No refills on drinks either! Would not recommend.

Just love dunkin donuts coffee and their great selection of donuts. They also have sandwiches that are good too, but we only had them a couple times. Staff always pleasant.

I am not a soft serve fan, but I do love Willy's! There are quite a few selections of hard ice cream ...my current favorite is the Cherry/coconut. Their sundaes are very good, especially the apple crisp one. The staff is always friendly. Cash only!

The food was good, bar food. It was late and I didn't want anything too crazy, but was craving wings and mozzarella sticks, so i got the appetizer sampler which had both in addition to some sort of corn poppers. Despite being unsure of them at first, they were my favorite thing, but I'll pass on the maple syrup they came with.
The biggest problem I had was that it was really loud. We weren't in the bar area either, but you could have fooled me the way the people at the table next to us were carrying on. I'm not saying I want dead silence, but it'd have been nice to hear what my boyfriend was saying since he was sitting directly across from me.

Great food, Hawaiian chicken and coconut shrimp was very good. Service was the weak spot, got our food and was kind of ignored after that. No one came back to table until we were done. By then we needed a box and had needed drinks for a while. Waited for ever to get check and even longer to pay. Place was not busy early on a Friday. Will try again hopefully service will match the food.

If you are looking for Authentic Italian this is the place. I have been to Italy and they make the meatballs as well as they do over there. The Pizza and Mozzarella sticks are my favorite take out for dinner and the cannolis are some of the best around. Everyone is super friendly and they pay attention to you as well as they make the food!
