Water Street Kitchen serves seasonally inspired cuisine and hand crafted cocktails in a cozy, historic dining room on the waterfront in Woods Hole.
What an amazing meal! the bone marrow was fantastic, and the noodles were equal to what I've eaten in Tokyo. Our server Pippa knew the menu and was very attentive. I had no idea Woods Hole had such great food ( and so close to the ferry) I think I'd take the boat over just for dinner. The home made ice cream... to die for... possibly the best chocolate and maraschino cherry ice cream I've ever had. I look forward to my next meal

C Salt Wine Bar & Grille, which opened in July 2013, is a lively, yet intimately comfortable and trendy Cape Cod restaurant that blends American Cuisine with French and Asian influences. The management team is composed of Chef / Owner Jonathan Philips and his wife Jill, along with industry veteran, Maître d' / Sommelier Errol Joseph. The restaurant features a full bar with crafted cocktails as well as a balanced wine list that allows for a variety of wonderful food and wine pairings. The upstairs parlor and the seasonal outside garden provide ideal opportunities for a relaxing before and/or after dinner lounge experience. C you soon
We dined here on a Wednesday nigh. We had made a reservation which is suggested. It has a cozy intimate atmosphere with a very nice bar.We started with calamari which was tender and sweet and very lightly fried served with a delicious sauce. My entree was pan seared scallops served on risotto. It was excellent! My husband had a steak which he enjoyed. We shared truffle fries which would have easily fed four. We had great service and look forward to our next visit!

Our inn host and a friend steered us here and we are glad they did. The service, atmosphere and food were impeccable. The Glass Onion presents the appropriate level of class and sophistication without being pretentious - not an easy balance to establish and maintain.

Quicks Hole Taqueria is open in the summertime in Woods Hole, close to the ferry terminal to Martha's Vineyard. With lobster tacos, fresh salads, burritos and more, Quicks Hole is a great place for a quick bite. Free music on summer weekends, sangria, Cape Cod beer and a nice view of the water from the deck all make the Taqueria the place to be! Also check out our new churros with dipping sauce, a customer favorite. Our home made Quahog Chowder was named one of the best on Cape Cod by readers of the Cape Cod Times in 2013 and 2014.
You walk up to the counter, order and find a seat. Once the food is ready, it is brought to you. The guy taking orders was very friendly. The food was very good. The restaurant is small, but has outside seating as well as inside. Food was delivered quickly – a lot of people in line ahead of us, yet we still got our food quickly. I recommend that if you come in on the ferry and hope to grab a quick bite before going back to Boston, for example, try to get here as soon as possible because there are likely 10-20 other people with the same idea…

Quicks Hole Tavern is a New American restaurant and bar open seven days a week opposite the Martha's Vineyard ferry terminal in charming Woods Hole village. With water views from two floors, the Quicks Hole Tavern is known for great food, a large craft beer list and innovative wicked fresh cocktails. More casual dining and take-away is offered on the first floor bar.
Had dinner last night at Quicks Tavern, total experience was warm and welcoming, the menu had a variety of options and the food quality was great. The first floor is the Pub which has it's own vibe and menu all very comfortable food with a twist. We had dinner on the second floor cant say enough as to how good it was, we were a party of 6 with varied tastes and we were all able to find something that we liked from Korean short ribs to lobster mac & cheese, soups and chowders. Salads that come in appetizer or entre size and you can add a protein, lots of options. We had excellent service the hole night was very fun.

Stop here because I saw it on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives and looked interesting. First it is none of the three choices. Had mainly sandwich selections to pick from for lunch and none sounded that great. The 'sammies' were disappointing cold sandwiches and the Firehouse was anything but spicy. All in all the menu was a disappointment but service and quality saved it from being anything lower than an average lunch restaurant.

The pizzas here did look good - but very large.
We had a mac n cheese between us - it was still a challenging meal. all around us tables were giving up the fight and taking doggy bags home. Although this is common in America, in this restaurant it seemed that taking some of the food home was pre-planned.
It is a large restaurant - and it was very hot. Maybe it was the heat from the pizza oven - but American restaurants aren't usually this hot.

Añejo Mexican Bistro offers a unique take on fresh Mexican cuisine and cocktails offered in a fun, sophisticated atmosphere on Main Street in Falmouth
One of the best spots on the Cape by far, offers authentic fair in a casual fun environment. The menu of fare and spirits is extensive without being intimidating, except for the tequila selection which is over the top great:). The server was well informed and made a fabulous suggestion of a "light" margarita which was exceptional, had 2! The food is traditional with some terrific twists, not your typical watered down Mexican fare, THANK YOU Anejo's. The scallop tostada was the BEST Mexican dish I have had in years, fresh creative and delicious. My partner in crime thoroughly enjoyed his Tablones Torta, short ribs heaven. The restaurant can be very busy year round for dinner and weekend lunches, not a surprise, but no matter what time you go it's great! Staff were awesome!! Offers outside seating during warmer weather, great spot to sit and enjoy downtown Falmouth.

Excellent service and very good food. Seafood (Salmon) prepared well, as were the tasty steak-tips. Recommended dinner option: large salad with fish or meat added. .Clams on the half-shell fresh and local and outstanding. The (large) portion of steamers was wonderful (and reasonably priced).
Would good there again (and have done so). Ate there in off-season (January) so can't comment on service or anything else in high-tourist/summer season. But will be back!
Note: Gluten-free options clearly marked and restaurant offers to make any dish gluten-free.
Note: unlike many restaurants: whether in the bar or restaurant area, it it possible to eat without being inundated by the television screen noise (a real plus!)
