This place is a great place to get some shave ice on the island. It is very small so you need to have some patience but the prices and flavors makes it worthwhile. The owner is very nice and appreciates everyone's busy and he remembers people too!

Honolulu Kitchen is similar to Chun Wah Kam in the sense. There isn't as many choices but that's probably due to lack of space more than anything.
Honolulu Kitchen is unique offering deep fried manapua. They're like miniature manapua with many different types of filings. Tasty but on the oily side. They also have baked manapua and the assorted other goodies.
They open at 5:30 am and have a limited menu. There's a $5 and $7 breakfast bento which is a good deal for the amount of food you get.
Overall Honolulu Kitchen is a good place and I don't hesitate to return.

I am a frequent Starbucks visitor. This one is the closest to where I was staying with a relative while visiting Hawaii. It is a very busy Starbucks. It seems to run efficiently with reasonable wait times considering the volume of customers. I was here around Thanksgiving so am not sure if this is the normal volume. The Mocha Lattes I drank here were very good. They had a drive through line, seating inside, and you can purchase food items, same as most Starbucks. If you are a Starbucks fan it's worth a stop.

Decided to change it up from the wonderful Hawaiian and local food to a good old hamburger....fantastic! This place had it all. The two African American girls (sorry, I can remember their names) were so attentive and the sweetest people in explaining the menu options to us. Their burgers, fries (with secret sauce) and tater tots were wonderful. Hat's off to you all for putting out a great product, customer service and a very clean establishment.

With a mobile BOGO coupon for the flavor of the month, we found this location while on vacation.
We were promptly greeted upon entering and our order was taken. Service was quick and we were out the door with our to-go order very quickly.
Would definitely visit again if we lived in the area.

I'm not a huge coffee drinker so I wouldn't consider myself an expert. But I do have taste buds that work just fine and to me CB&TL tastes as good as the other guys.
In fact guess what? The other guys closed down and this place is still here. It's attached to Foodland in the Ewa Beach Town Center on Fort Weaver Road.

Hawaii has alot of Jamba Juices and I have become hooked. I love the bright-eyed and blueberry and my daughter loves the peanut butter moo. The ewa beach location is on the way home from my daughters pre-school and she asks to stop everyday. Good thing Jamba Juice sends out email coupons regularly because it could be an expensive obsession.

Another place I visit every year in Hawaii is Kountry Style Kitchen in Ewa Beach on the west side of the island. This place has the best Corned Beef Hash and use real Corned Beef. This place is great for locals as not many of the tourists know about this place. Be sure and stop by when you visit Oahu.

Shiros is hands down the best Saimin on Oahu. Friendly servers who really know the menu. The items have numbers and titles, just for fun order by the title and the waiter/waitress will repeat it back to you with the number. There are about 60 items on the menu. Also there are little sayings posted in frames on the wall that all begin with: Dear Friends. The noodles are fresh made in house and full of flavor. Locals and tourists alike flock to this place, as well they should, you will not find a better Saimin house anywhere in Hawaii.

The centerpiece of any Russo's restaurant is the 7,000lb coal fired oven. Only a toll like this can infuse pizza so completely and deliciously with the unique flavors of the pizzas toppings, and even the oven itself. Here at Russo's, we specialize in New York Style thin crust pizza. Everything in store is made fresh to order, and we source only the best ingredients to bring you the best flavors. In the words of founder Anthony Russo's father, we operate under the principle of "If you can't make it fresh, don't serve it!". It was this commitment to quality supplemented by a desire to share that led Russo's to conquer New York, and then other lands all over the nation. Russo's features a wide variety on the menu, from traditional favorite like our pizza, to various seafood dishes, sandwiches, pastas, cheesecakes and the like.
Lured here by an attractive offer, we were very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful meal we experienced. While this is largely a high-end pizza place, we were both drawn to more traditional Italian dishes. My wife had Chicken Parmesan, which she thought was excellent! I chose the spicy shrimp pasta dish, and couldn't have been happier! A generous amount of shrimp and an outstanding sauce made this dish a major winner! Excellent meals!
