I stayed the weekend in Evanston and ate at Jodi's each day for breakfast. They do a great job! Plain Jane furnishings, but fantastic cooking, and a good sized menu. I have breakfast here every time in stay in Evanston.
Try the "Tori's special", which I had this morning. It is outstanding.
The place makes the lightest, tastiest biscuits, with delicious sausage gravy.
They also have many coffee's and espresso on site.
You won't be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I picked Bon Rico's because my coworkers highly recommended it. I had read some reviews of the place and decided that it was worth a try. When we arrived, we noted the odd decor and the janky staircase to nowhere. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer, and split a ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato and french onion soup. Before our appetizer came out, we were served a relish tray with pickled okra, black olives, radishes, and pickles. I'd never seen a relish tray, but it was fairly decent. Our appetizer arrived in a timely manner and was destined to be the best part of our meal. The french onion soup was definitely Campbell's and it didn't even have the yummy piece of bread with baked cheese on top. The salad was passable. The steak was gigantic - at least an inch and a half thick and cooked perfectly, however it was tough and poorly seasoned. Definitely not worth the $35.
Overall, the service was decent, but the food was overpriced and lackluster. Maybe Bon Rico's is passable for people who've never been out of Evanston, but I expect more from a restaurant located so close to the range. Don't bother going here unless you've got some money you don't mind wasting.

This place is great. The décor is great and the serve is very good. The food is wonderful although a little higher priced than the run of the mill Mexican. This is not run of the mill Mexican. try the Chile Colorado or Steak Fajitas bot were excellent.

Lincoln Highway Tavern is a cozy sports tavern serving expertly handcrafted cocktails and seasonal drink specialties, ice-cold draft beer, wine, and scratch-made roadside comfort food. We also offer package beer, wine, and liquor. We show sports and classic film programming on 10 hi-def screens and our decor is one-of-a-kind in southwest Wyoming featuring lamps made from local whiskey bottles, a penny-inlaid bar top, University of Wyoming Sports memorabilia, and Lincoln Highway memorabilia. We are a short walk from four hotels and the Flying J Travel Plaza on Harrison Drive right between the east and west-bound I-80 off-ramps just east of the Utah state line.
This wasn't the most warm and welcoming place I've ever eaten, but then again, we were just looking for a quick meal, not to make life-long friends.
Stopped in here on a Friday night on the way to Dutch John UT. Quirky, dim-lit restaurant, where the waitress was pretty disinterested in us, but that didn't stop us from trying to change her mind.
Food was good...burgers and fries....would definitely eat here again.

A friendly steakhouse that caters to both family, contemporary adults, kids, & seniors. Exciting appetizers like Bacon Knots. Ours steaks are sourced locally from Utah & seasoned to perfection. We offer our Signature Chicken Fried Steaks in BEEF, CHICKEN, or PORK and are made in house, NOT FROZEN. Great desserts specials, like our Rocky Mountain Brownie, Strawberry Shortcake Two Ways, Southern Comfort Peach Cobbler & Maple Bourbon Bacon Ice Cream. Full service professional bartender, with full dinner service at the bar. Our fresh squeezed Lemonades & Limeades are made as they are ordered & offered with FRESH MINT. We are a family owned & run restaurant & we'd like to invite you to come join us for dinner.
We drove back to Salt Lake City after the Solar Eclipse for our flight home and stayed in Evanston at the Holiday Inn Express. TC's Steakhouse was recommended by the hotel. The food is very good and the service excellent!

I had the Liberty Lane sandwich and my wife had the California Drive sandwich. Both very fresh and filling. Staff super friendly. Worth going 2 minutes off the interstate to eat someplace local and avoid the chain places. Right in historic downtown Evanston

Stopped on our way home from the eclipse in Jackson Wy for lunch at Suds Brothers Brewery. Service was slow! Understaffed. Not that busy but only two waiters. The food was below average. 1/2 lb hamburger was a true half pound but over cooked and dry. The beer batter frys were good. The fish and chips are disappointing. No guess as to what type fish and the waiter was not sure. Regular frys cold and greasy. The chicken panini was good but not a true panini. Good homemade root beer. The locally brewed beer was ok. As we were finishing up a bus load of tourists I suspect coming from the Jackson area showed up. Had to beg for a bill so we could get out of the total commotion.

We found this place by accident. It hasn't been open long, from what we could tell.
It's not a big place, but very clean, and the people there are really friendly! I had the enchiladas and tamales, and was not disappointed. The tamales are excellent, with a nice "kick" with the spices. I was very pleased with my meal. Another person in our group tried the "tortas", which is a massive sandwich-sort-of-thing, but he loved it. Very different and very tasty.
I say it's authentic because I've been in there three times now, as I've gone through town on business, and there is always at least one table full of Mexicans eating here. They tell me it's authentic, and that's good enough for me!
The prices are great, service is quick, and the husband and wife team (he cooks, she does everything else!) make it a place to stop if you're ever out this way. I certainly will!

Did our quarterly run to Wyoming for some special supplies, and decided to stop and eat this time. We asked where we picked up supplies about where to eat and were giving a couple suggestions. Ended up here, and we're glad we did. They have a limited menu right now because of renovations going on, but what we had was very good. For one person running the bar, and serving Tasha did a wonderful job. We'll be back for sure.
