Farmer-Centric & Chef-Owned; Delightful and Cozy Ambiance; Congenial and Professional Service; Eclectic and Interesting Wine, Beer, & Cocktails; Local & Seasonally creative cuisine.
We went there for Sunday brunch, and I had the eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and scone. Both the bacon and the potatoes were a little overdone, but the overall breakfast was good. Not too expensive, but not a cheap place either. If you have a large party, I suggest reservations as it's a small restaurant. Very attentive staff and pleasant atmosphere. Also, its central location off Bond Park is convenient.

We were all looking forward to the Pastrami sandwich but got there too late.
However, the Ruben, Turkey Bacon Avocado, and Philly Beef and Cheese
are truly outstanding. When they say "scratch" it is obvious they are being
truthful. When one does their own "scratch" cooking and baking, it is very obvious what is and isn't real and this is the real deal. The meats, breads, sandwiches, service, are all outstanding and well worth more than a one-
time stop. Be sure to put stopping here on your "to do" list. You will be very glad you did.

Love the Mountain Home Cafe! Very good clam chowder. The waffles are amazing! Especially that pumpkin waffle with the brown sugar syrup and apples! Green chili is very good. Very nice decor and excellent, friendly staff! I give it 5 stars!Thank you so much! We appreciate your review.

Good sized restaurant, but it fills up with locals and visitors fast. Friendly staff welcomes locals by name, others with a smile. Nice menu selection, and everything is served fairly quickly, considering the size of the place. Parking somewhat limited, but library is two parking lots down, and can be reached without going back out on street. If you're an early eater, likely library is still not open so parking there does not hurt anyone.

It all started in the early 1890's with the birth of my Great Grandparents Francesco Scerbo and Giuseppe Campanalonga. At the ages of 14 and 15 respectively, they were put on a boat which arrived at Ellis Island some 6 months later. Separately, their future spouses emigrated to America in search of a better life. By the 1920's, Francesco had moved to the Bronx then eventually settled in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn buying a brownstone that my great Aunt resides in to this day- in her 90's! Giuseppe settled in New Jersey just over the bridge in Montclair and was a magnificent tailor. Growing up in New York with access to the real food of Brooklyn- specifically real Italian food and pizza, I did not realize how spoiled we were until moving to Colorado. You want pizza in NYC or on Long Island? There are 7 good to excellent pizzerias within a square mile. Long story short, while growing up, every Friday night was pizza night and that pizza came from Mama's in Copiague, NY. For over 37 years, we've enjoyed Tommy and Grace's food. In 2007, after moving to Colorado, I started making pizza out of necessity. We had driven from Wyoming to near Pueblo in search of something that reminded us of home. It didn't exist. New York style is NOT Real New York. There are a few notable pizzerias like Boriello Brothers in Colorado Springs and Fat Sully's Pizza on Colfax in downtown Denver, but beyond that, nothing was what my mind expected after nearly 40 years of NY pizza. I cannot tell you how many pizzerias our family visited only to walk out hungry or disappointed because the food was less than sub-par. I won't name names. What happened next was the purchase of a pizza stone and many iterations as I searched for the holy grail. Remember, pizza is very personal. What I like, someone from Kansas may not. After hundreds of attempts, I had honed in on what satisfied my mind's taste so I shared it with others. When a neighbor - also from NY - screamed from her front door "I LOVE YOU", I knew that it was close. This is a normally very quiet person who says very little.... Onward and upward! With a huge audience at Summitview Coffee on the other side of town, we began with a modest (small) oven. When I say we, I mean Anthony Francher and I. Having two Anthonys in the same place- both from NY and who love pizza - was and is to this day, a blessing. We cranked out many a pizza while introducing locals and people from all over the world to NY sauce(remember, this was a coffee shop, not a pizzeria). The sauce is key to the pizza's authenticity. You can buy dough and ready made cheese. Sauce out of a can tastes like sauce out of a can. Childhood friend and mentor Chef Chris Gonzalez taught me the basics, then said "fly". 8 Years later, it has taken on a life of its own. Our current location was built by a woman whose vision was incredible- Angie Huffman. She envisioned wood fired pizza and picnics in the park. The oven in the building was her idea. We are thankful for that vision for it allows us a distinct advantage over the rest of the town- Wood fired everything! Our house specialty is the Sicilian Pie from NY. It's a rectangular pizza with thicker dough which is cooked in a pan, twice. It takes about 25 minutes on average to make one. Authentic Neapolitan, thin crust pizza with fresh mozzarella, basil and virgin olive oil is our second style, then our third is a Real New York round pizza. An 18" pizza cooked in a brick oven is unheard of, yet we are doing it. Want a real calzone? No problem. How about a meatball parmigiana hero cooked on bread we make just for you- as in fresh bread baked to order? No problem. These things just didn't exist locally. Garlic knots- legit garlic knots? Sure. How about a home-made cannoli? Or perhaps lasagna on a cold night? We have all of this and more. Our Neapolitan pies are outrageous as we make our mozzarella fresh from curd. I could go on but the proof is in the smell and taste. Come to Antonio's to have your faith restored that good pizza does exist outside of NYC and some great conversation. Thank you for the opportunity.
i ordered on line, and it said pick up at 5:30, so i planned on that, i got a text at 5:14 saying pizza was ready. i arrived at 5:23, and picked up....well, the pie was cold, so i called them and a lady answered telling me that the pizza was done at 4:39!! i said it was supposed to be done at 5:30, her reply was "i don't know where the mix up was...and that was it! no offer to remake, no sorry, no nothing. microwaved pizza is soggy. they ended up in the trash. i will never go back!

Enjoyed an amazing lunch at Smokin' Dave's BBQ. Wait was about 20 minutes. We ordered a two meat platter (1/2 a chicken and pulled pork), with two sides (sweet potato fries and baked beans) and a piece of corn-bread. We were not able to finish the platter. There was so much food and every morsel was amazing. Because we were celebrating my husband's birthday, we also ordered a piece of Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie. A little piece of heaven. And to top it all off - it was affordable!! This is must stop in Estes - but be prepared for a wait nearly any time of day!

We were so glad we stopped into the Rock Inn Mountain Tavern while visiting Estes Park. We had the flat iron Gorgonzola special and it was fantastic! The server was very helpful and kind (I have celiac and needed help finding gluten free options). There was live music when we were there Friday night AND buy-one-get-one beer/wine during happy hour. Families, couples, friends were al dining in this relaxed and happy atmosphere. I would definitely come back here again if we return to Estes Park.

We had a great time at Baba’s. We got there right as they opened and had a big family group. They got our order of burgers (the Elk burger was good, not amazing but good), fries, onion rings and kids meals out pretty quickly which was really nice since we were hungry.
The Service - One of the kids had actually ordered a full size hot dog and they brought a kids hot dog and hadn’t made it the way he ordered it. They immediately made another to his liking and brought it out without us having to complain at all. He was thrilled!
This place is in a great location and has plenty of room. I only wished it had been a little warmer out to sit on the covered patio. I guess we will just have to come back for that another time.
I would definitely recommend this as a family stop especially if you have several kids like we do. The price is right and the people are great!

Prepared with only fresh and quality ingredients, Dunraven Inn in Estes Park, Colorado offers delicious homemade Italian cuisine. Dine with us tonight!
Went here after proposing to my fiancé in RMNP. The ambiance is very cozy and relaxed while still maintaining an elegant feel. My fiancé and I had the filet and parmesan chicken and were both pleased with our meals. Best things were by far the bread and the Rocky Mountain Sundae dessert! Will defiantly return the next time we are in Estes Park!
