What we do is simple (delicious and fresh panini with knock-your-socks-off service). How we do it is a little more complicated. To deliver a great product, we start with great people. And great people come from great communities, which means taking an interest in where we live and work as responsible citizens. And that’s really where it starts for us — supporting our communities and our staff with a culture of service and treating all just as we would want to be treated. We believe that approach leads to the best possible product for the customers we love!
My family and I were pleasantly surprised at the amazing taste of the paninis we ordered! The service was great as we came in the restaurant right before closing!
I ordered the chicken pesto panini and it was delicious, my husband chose the chicken parmigiana and it was just as good! My daughter ordered a grilled cheese panini that she loved! We will definitely be back!

We stopped in for breakfast. Some of the prices were typical of dinners. Daily specials and plenty to choose from.
The coffee was good. Although I didn't like the fact that the waitress clawed the rim of my glass with her hand -unsanitary.
We ordered the pulled port omelet, a little disappointing to find a hunk of pork fat, very little meat, in the omelet.

While traveling in Connecticut we looked for a convenient Enfield restaurant for a laid-back lunch with a dear friend and selected Acapulcos. We were delighted with this decision, The atmosphere was very conducive to having in-depth conversation, the food quality was top notch and our server was over-the-top accommodating.
Will we return? Absolutely!

Went for dinner, decided to try the St Paddy corned beef, sauerkraut and mashed potato quesadilla for an app, with entree salads. The quesadilla was flavorful but not messy like some corned beef sandwiches can be. The salads were made with fresh ingredients, and were filling. Our waitress was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu.
Great selection of beer as well.

Passing through this town and remembered we had a good experience last time. Ate here and the kids loved the swirly twirly pasta and chicken stickens. The adults had the Blue ribbon burger and the Royal Burger. We left happy. Thanks for putting this restaurant here for us to enjoy!

Thankful for the redemption of goodness. Last visit in Maine was horrid. Reordered the Beef Brisket Nacho appetizer and it was 75% larger with all ingredients and wonderful. Hubby had the strip steak and Cesar salad; done wonderfully. I enjoyed a cup of the Lobster corn chowder and Spicey Chicken nugget appetizer. Both terrific. We love Longhorns and happy that it was a one location glitch and no becoming wide spread.

The two of us enjoyed a nice lunch of fajitas and enchiladas; however, I was very surprised at their prices. While it is good food, the overall value is brought down by paying $40 (before tip) for two lunches without drinking anything other than water and without a refill of chips. On the positive side, our waiter was very nice. There is parking to the right side of the building which you may not see: this is necessary because parking is limited in the front.

"Excellent neighborhood restaurant with hearty omelets and specials".
The restaurant is very casual and small. The servers were very friendly, albeit young and not very experienced. The pricing is fair and the portions are large. The sandwiches were delicious and the soups were interesting with good combination of flavors. The ingredients in the sandwiches and salad were all fresh.

The service is friendly and efficient. The owner is very involved and cares about everyone's experience. The decor is warm and welcoming, although dated. It is decorated for all Holidays. Good wine pours. Very fair pricing. Plentiful portions. Fresh bread. The fresh mozzarella appetizer is delicious. Great meatballs. The fish was fresh and tasty. The dishes were loaded with the listed ingredients.

My wife and I have dined at Silva's before, but haven't been back in many years, shame on us. Located just off Rt. 5 in the Thompsonvile section, it is easy to locate with convenient off street parking.
The dinning room can be arranged for many types of events, but offers a home like atmosphere. The menu is complete with many different offerings, but her specialties are European special dinners including Romania, Italy and Greece to name a few. The dinner price includes soup, salad, entree and dessert and with an ordinary appetite, you can take half the entree home. My wife had Romanian roast pork, served with potatoes and vegetables while I had the Romanian special dinner which normally incorporated roast pork, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa and small sausages, sauerkraut and potatoes. Here is the neat part about the restaurant, Silva comes and greets her patrons and takes your order. In our case since my wife was having the pork, she substituted a veal schnitzel for me, so we could share. The schnitzel is also available in chicken. This made the meal even more memorable. Accompanying it was a glass or red Romanian wine, slightly sweet and paring well with the meal. The soup is served in a large serving pot from which you serve yourself and we ended up with two bowls full. The salad for two is also served by yourself. Dessert is a small piece of one of their specialty cakes, in our case a brownie with a topping possibly of cream cheese swirled with chocolate. In addition to dinner they are open for lunch with similar meals as well as sandwiches and other lunch items. We're sorry we've stayed away so long and plan to go back more often.
