What can I say? Located in the wonderful village of Ellicottville this little brewery is the mouse that roared. Cranking out millions of bottles of craft beer from the hoppiest IPA’s to their number one selling blueberry wheat EBC gets it right. Fantastic food served in their beautiful beer garden on a warm and sunny day is as good as it gets. They have a marvelous gift shop too.

We stopped in for a quick beverage and waited almost 20 minutes for it. There were 4 people behind the counter but only 2 seemed to be working. Plus it was so hot in there I changed my beverage choice from hot to cold. Not sure if they were just having an off day, but not on my "must stop back" list anytime soon.

Yes, it was good. Great no.....Nice location in the middle of downtown Ellicottvile. Ambience is very comfortable. Service was attentive in the beginning, entree came out slow. Food is again, good, but not great. Shouldn't be consider as elegant dinning. My meal was served warm not hot. I will give them a second try.

Traveling on our way to attend a Buffalo Bill football game my grandson and I stopped at this great little place for breakfast did not know about it just saw it and decided to stop. Neat place. Friendly service and clean the food portions were fantastic and the price was really good too. We enjoyed this place so much we stopped for dinner on the way back to Pennsylvania after the game. We had the Gin Burger and it really was the best burger I have ever had. My grandson said the same. Will return when in the area for sure. Cannot go run stopping. Great selection at a good price. Plenty of food.

After traveling to Ellicottville from Rochester for the Christmas activities, we decided to fuel up at Katy's before we walked through the village. Our meals were excellent. Service was good and attentive. Really helped make an enjoyable time with friends, even better. Yes, I would go back!

Gave this place a try during a two day getaway. We were the only customers in the place and our simple orders of hamburgers were cooked wrong and had to be sent back. Took way too long to get corrected. No reason to get an order wrong when place was empty. Won’t return/ not recommended.

One of Ellicottville's newer restaurants and an instant favorite. Busy bar with locals and visitors usually engaged in lighthearted banter, in a cozy old genuine barn with updated decor. Owner and manager both very attentive to their guests and staff. Food is very well prepared and varied with a stated Italian leaning. Can get pretty noisy when crowded but that seems to just emphasize the high energy and fun that characterizes the place. Maybe the only restaurant in E-vl that takes reservations, which can be a huge advantage on the town's frequent busy weekends. Nick, the owner is a born restauranteur (also owns well regarded restaurant in Buffalo - The Osteria).Usually live music on weekends. With several very good eating options in E-vl, this is one you want to definitely add to your list.

Saw some mixed reviews but we had no problems at all. We went on a Friday night, it was busy and the service was good. Three of us had veggie tacos, with sweet potato, it was amazing. We would definitely eat here again next time we are in town

We stopped here when the ELLICOTTVILLE Brewing Co had an hour wait. We were promptly seated and had a friendly waitress. We ordered drinks and the pretzel appetizer. Perhaps the kitchen was overwhelmed with orders because it took 20 minutes for the appetizer to come out. The pretzels were tasty with a delicious mustard sauce and a somewhat bland cheese sauce. 25 minutes later our food arrived. My California flatbread was okay as were my husband's wings. My son ordered a medium burger. It was flipped over to hide that one side was very overdone to the point of being crunchy. I mentioned that to the manager who stopped by to check on us and she said that is what chargrilling does. I have had many chargrilled burgers that have not crunched. This place was okay at best but I wouldn't go back given all of the other options in town.
