Locally owned, community minded, independent bookstore and cafe. We are proud to have been part of the community for over 20 years! Cafe Hours are 9am-5pm daily!
This bookstore is located at the Riverwalk shops in Edwards. It is everything you could hope for in an independent bookstore. Charming interior, interesting displays, hard-to-find titles and friendly staff. They packed a lot into the smallish space. Great addition to the community. May it last forever!

We have eaten at this small, local restaurant three or four times a year for the last decade. They consistently deliver a fantastic dining experience. There are two small dining rooms separated by a lively bar. The service is friendly and efficient. I they know how to make a proper cocktail and the wine list is extensive. The menu changes with the seasons and they use local ingredients. Every dish we have ever ordered has been excellent. My son and I split a Tomahawk Rib eye on this visit. It was one of the best I have ever had. The veal scaloppini is another favorite. The fish dishes are always perfectly cooked. It is worth the drive to the west end of the Vail Valley to dine at Juniper.

Creative Colorado Cuisine -specializing in seasonal ingredients grown, raised, hand-crafted and caught by our peers in Colorado.
This is off the beaten path (and unlikely to be found, except by the locals who fill it almost every night), as it is in a private gated and exclusive community between Beaver Creek and Edwards, off Route 6. But Vista is open to the...MoreThank you so much for your review James! You summed up the Vista atmosphere perfectly, couldn't have said it better ourselves. I hope you come back to join us again!

We've eaten here in the past, but our recent experience didn't compare as favorably as the last. First, and perhaps I'd forgotten this from the 2013 visit, but it's a sport bar, for all intent & purposes, with food choice and preparation, a cut above what you'd expect at a sports bar. I had the meat loaf, and it tasted like meatloaf, but was a flattened, oval shaped, about 7 inches long, and 3-4 inches wide. I could be wrong, but I thought it might have been "finished" by a quick visit to flying pan. I only ate half. Just wasn't that great, and certainly not moist. My wife had the half order of ribs which she said were very good. I had one rib and it was falling of the bone good. Would I go there again, probably not, as there are other options. Service was good.

Visited from the Northeast for a week. Ate at the Gashouse twice and wish we could eat there more often. Food is great and I have a fussy spouse who is very critical of food quality. She loved it. Definitely will visit again. Give this place at least one try and you will not be disappointed.

Belmont Deli is a cozy New York style deli in the hart of Edwards, CO.It serves more than 50 delicious sandwiches prepared with Boars' head meats, fresh veggies and tasty bread. You can always count on quality, consistency and complete satisfaction.
Belmont has expanded its operations quite a bit and more than doubled its size which is a tribute to its success. Unfortunately, that success may have led to a slight decline in its product and quality. As a group we ate there recently and all felt the food was good but sandwiches somewhat small and not well stuffed with the food of choice and the prices are somewhat large. Need to get back to what made them an area staple.

The menu is always fun and unexpected, with unique flavor and character. The staff is very friendly (if they are not running like crazy to keep up with everything). Might be nice if it were larger so that there were more seats...but otherwise, it is great! Very creative drink menu and an unexpected large menu of tea!!
