We met some friends for lunch recently. It was a humid day so we decided to sit inside. We were immediately seated and our waitress was quick to acknowledge us and give a few moments before taking our order.
The meals were DELICIOUS. Some of us had sandwiches and a few had lunch entrees.
We all totally enjoyed our lunches.
This was the first time we visited Sadler's Ordinary and definitely it will not be our last. Looking forward to our next visit very soon!

Had lunch during a recent day trip to Wesleyen University. The atmosphere is urban/industrial and is family and kid friendly. We went in expecting typical pizza shop fare, but found a complete Italian menu with something for every appetite. The food was delicious and the portions are huge.

To be fair, their ‘cook’ was allegedly out that day....so the staff was making do with what they had. They always have far superior coffee than D&D, and polite staff on top of it. However, was readily disappointed with the breakfasts that my father and I ordered that day. Took forever to get to us, and truly felt like microwaved reconstituted eggs and potatoes. I could have made this out of the freezer case. Always prefer to give ‘local business’ my money versus a corporation, but you’re making it difficult with a performance like this...

I always feel you can never go wrong with DD, boy was I wrong! This place was filthy! There was trash hanging out of the cans laying on the floor, there was a large spill on a table that overflowed to the floor and no one sitting at the table and no one cleaning it up. The bathroom was filthy and there was no toilet paper. When I informed the employees one employee stated "I don't do that!" Another employee got one of those GIANT round rolls of tp that restaurants use and handed it to me...... while I am still standing in the restaurant. I looked at her dumbfounded and she stated she didn't know how to change the rolls so I would just have to figure it out. I have never experienced a DD like this!!! I left without ordering.

After our awesome bike ride on the Air Line Trail in East Hampton we enjoyed the variety of frozen yogurt and toppings at Abbeez. It was perfect. They have 10-12 flavored, plus the blend. Nice array of toppings.

What a pleasant surprise! We were looking for a quick, decent lunch and stopped in here. Really good food and beautiful cookies and desserts. We got a cheese-steak sandwich, chicken salad wrap, Greek salad, and of course cookies. Everything was so yummy. And the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wish we lived closer!

This is a restaurant that has taste - taste in decor and taste on the menu. Not your usual darkly lit restaurant with oriental zodiac place mats, the place is well lit, well appointed and comfortable. Our meals were flavorful and of nice portions. My wife's Hot Basil Chicken was excellent and flavorful. My Garlic Sauce Chicken had great flavor although I thought too sweet and without imperceptible heat (which it was supposed to have). Both had fresh vegetables cooked perfectly. Plenty of nice hot tea. Wonderful waiter, although they got hit with a number of takeout orders which slowed down our service both in placing our order and being served. As we were leaving, one woman was returning her takeout as it was the wrong thing (and someone else probably got the wrong thing, too). We'll definitely go back to try other dishes.

Eggs Up is just the classic example of a "smaller town" breakfast spot - the menu is exactly what you would expect, eggs, breakfast meats, and delicious looking pancakes! They have a sizable gluten free menu as well - again...just breakfast! Go here for a no-frills, but delicious, local-experience breakfast --
It's a smallish restaurant; locals were sitting at the counter, and they also had tables for 2-6. I was part of a group of five and we waited less than 5 minutes for a table. The waitresses were hustling so we always had coffee in our mugs. Room for kids as well - they had high-chairs available. I was worried they would only take cash - but happily they take credit cards!
Do not forget to take an instagram-worthy pic with the elephant out in the front. Don't neglect the hot-dog man that is squirting ketchup on himself. It's a must-see.

The prices seemed a little high for what you got. All meals are over $10pp. Seating is outside, so hopefully the weather is good. I believe most of their business is run through take out. The take out area is indoors, but there are only a couple of tables to sit at. If you are coming with a group, there is a lot of seating outside, but this will only work well in warmer months. Service was slow. Came here for lunch and there were not many other tables, but service was still very slow.

The current owner took over a location that had been a staple of most Marlborough residents- Nick's Pizza. He continued that excellent tradition and taste, but now offers breakfast as well...and I have to tell you...that's where I think this place has it's greatest strength. I'd still recommend coming here at night, don't get me wrong- but their breakfast on weekends especially is one of their best attributes. Huge glass windows have a very light, bright experience in here. A+
