Celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant and was very surprised. It is very quaint. Tables are set with tablecloth - very nice. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection. They have 2 sizes of filet mignon 4oz. and 8 oz. Desserts were delish. They have beer and wine only. Free parking. Reservations are recommended.

What a gem! This coffee roaster and coffee shop in historic downtown Dripping Springs is quite a find. Take the time to get off of Highway 290 and seek out fabulous coffee.
My husband had a Mocha Frappe' (their version of a Starbucks Frappacino, but SOOOO much better), which I tasted. So wonderful! The coffee is rich and perfectly roasted. They use whole milk, so it is rich and creamy. Perfect.
I had a black drip coffee, which was absolutely wonderful. Roasted to perfection, rich and bold.
The prices compare to Starbucks.
They have a large selection of pastries, both sweet and savory. They also serve salads and sandwiches, beer and wine.
The atmosphere is very relaxing inside. They have free wifi. And, a very nice patio on the side that is shaded by a large live oak tree. Parking is tight out front, but there is plenty of parking around back.
Look for this place. You will not be disappointed.

I like this place. Nothing fancy, just good, fresh donuts. They also have kolaches (sausages and other breakfasty stuff wrapped in dough).

Succulent savory and sweet crepes with a modern European twist
Phew this place was busy! A line out the door... We didn't want to eat here (not crazy about crepes actually...) but there weren't a lot of places open while we were there. We ordered the Basil, Mozzarella, Tomato sandwich (hold the prosciutto, add avocado) and the West of Weird Salad. It was all SO fresh and surprisingly good. We sat outside and the whole experience was very lovely.

We stopped for lunch on a beautiful, warm December Saturday. Sitting on the smoke-free patio was a must on such a fine day.
My husband and I ordered the meatloaf sandwich on Nine Grain bread (toasted). The bread was fabulous. We asked them not to put on the spicy chipotle sauce, but that made the sandwich a little dry for my taste. Perhaps we should have substituted some other type of dressing/spread.
We plan to try this restaurant for breakfast the next time we are in the area.

Love good salsa and Flores' was excellent as well as the margaritas. No skimping at the bar. We ate there two night back to back. Very busy, but wait staff was attentive an on top of things.

We were in Dripping Springs, in the hill country of Texas for business. I wanted some coffee and Le Muse came up on Google maps. It's on a back residential street and we almost turned around. Then we passed right by it and had to circle back. And I'm very glad we did. Juan, the owner, took an old trailer and tricked it out with home made light fixtures, inventive paneling and a completely redone interior. The coffee is really excellent and he makes a fantastic latte. Great local breakfast burritos. If you love coffee and hidden gems, this is a great stop on your tour of the hill country.

The wait is worth the product! This is no fine dining this is just great pizza, calzones, and salads! This establishment must be popular because they were full during the lunch rush yet continue bringing in the crowds afterwards! Fresh ingredients old world style pizza and excellent dough makes for great pizza experience!!!!

Favorite place to stop in the hot weather. Can't get enough of those blizzards. Always excellent quick service.

Read the reviews which were positive, and I whole heartedly agree. We all tried something different: Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken V-(with artichokes, capers, sundries tomatoes), and Fish Le'mon. We all loved what we ordered and tried each other's and we all liked it all. The prettiest presentation was the Fish Le'mon. Wow n it tasted great (and I'm not a big fish lover).
I can't wait to go back, it was that good. We all said, and hour and half drive is not that far to drive to come back. We'll be back.
