Natural hot springs abound in the Coachella Valley. Over 80 "spatels" proliferated in the 1950s and '60s. Several have been restored to their mid-century retro-hip splendor. Escape to the desert and choose decadent desert dens from the venerable Two Bunch Palms to clothing-optional Living Waters.

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I thought we had a real find. Awards on the walls, but they were from 2004. Run of the mill bad Mexican restaurant. The shrimp enchiladas were very small and there were only two with very little shrimp, and it cost $15! The rice, beans, and avocado salad was blah. Tasteless.

forget coffee or treats...SOME of the staff really is pathetic here . and that means BAD MANAGEMENT. I recently had to borrow a phone to call time warner as mine was not working in my vacation rental.. and you could have sworn I asked for a gold bar.The night before I asked and the girl was a doll very sweet said sure here you go.. and told me to not hesitate to ask again.. so I did the following day.. and I waited an hour... nothing.. then I inquired again.. I waited another half hour... nothing.. I inquired if it was possible... basically they ignored me. it was a local call and I was a tourist in need of some help.. and they were not going to help me one bit. Specifically the female manager was the one that said IGNORE her.

The Best Date Shakes!!!
The best date she anywhere, in a clean place, with friendly people. We enjoyed ours outside on their patio. Next time, we'll try a hot lunch.

Great little restaurant in Desert Hot Springs. Carnitas Fajitas were great. Margaritas are good. Go early. It gets really busy for dinner.Hi Kathy! Thank you for leaving this review with us on TripAdvisor! We agree you can not go wrong with the Margaritas and Fajitas, they are our favourite as well. Take care and see you next time!

This used to be another sushi restaurant.
Now Sushi Domo renovated the place and made a wonderful restaurant out of the outlived place. Nice decoration, clean toilets, perfect.
The menu is quite extensive and there is a great number of different rolls available. Each more tempting than the other.
The presentation of the plates is art work. Wonderful!
Very tasty and good flavors make it a wonderful experience.
We wish the new chef a successful start into the new experience.

If I don't want to go to a restaurant for margaritas this is the place I go. Usually I come here for lunch since my office is close by. I have not had anything bad, they are a little busy at lunch but call in your order and you will be fine.

Thank you, fellow Trip Advisor reviewers! We were going to pass on this place because it looks like a real dump, but the reviews ALL said the food is wonderful.
Happy to say we completely agree plus good service. Lemon chicken, chicken with black and white mushrooms, white rice, hot tea and almond cookies were all just delicious. So happy to have leftovers, too, as portions were generous.
If you are passing by in I-10, you must stop by.

The word on the street is that this place can be either "hit or miss." We must have landed on a "hit" night because we were seated promptly, given superb service by Robin, our server, and the food was pretty good, not great but good....MoreThanks for your feedback. We are delighted to read that our server and bus boy effectively engaged with you. We strive to deliver efficiency to every customer. We look forward to serving you again soon.

I’ve eaten here a number of times, and the food is quite good. But the service needs improvement. Last visit, I ordered an appetizer, soup, and an entree. They 3 items arrived simultaneously, and before I took my first bite, the check was unceremoniously tossed onto my table. Of course the soup and entree were stone cold by the time I got to them.
OK, so this is a family-run business, and one should make allowances. But that kind of atrocious food-running (as opposed to food service) is a major fault that is easily corrected during a 5 minute talk with wait staff.
