Nice service good food great daily specials. A little long on the wait time. Not too too many tables. Sometimes parking is horrendous. Orders to go have a good timing. If you get a bad wait staff the food makes up for it

They have the best Roast beef Po-Boys anywhere. And I mean anywhere! I live locally and I have tried others at many places including famed locations in New Orleans and NONE hold a candle to Harry's. They are only open during lunch hours M-F - so plan accordingly. You will not regret it. And have plenty of napkins!

Lovely people. Lovely concept. Best gumbo I've ever had. Hot homemade bread and jam to start. Rest of the food was archetypal - might not be what you would chose to order if you went to a restaurant, but that's not the point here. Has the look and feel of a 1950's setting - from the pictures of the Pope on the walls, to the Corning wear casseroles, Dinner at Grandma's, if grandma were a renowned cook

I don't know what was more amusing the great seafood or the stories I overheard
A local folk recommended me the place no certainly it was great I ordered a seafood platter and overhead the stories of two fisherman in the adjacent table. Even though I'm not a fan of fry seafood when in south Louisiana that's the norm so I ordered the seafood platter and white Zinfandel I wanted to give it a 4.5 but trip advisor don't let me the gumbo was different that what I've tasted before but I can see why this place is locals favorite great view of the bayou with lots of live fish

Buffet fresh Chinese food with a mix of American food which satisfies our whole family. We love the boiled shrimp and fried rice. They change the main dish daily and nightly. Love the soups, specialty dishes that make this place great. The staff and owner is what brings us comming back for more . I just wish they had snow crab rolls. A great family outting, love this place

We visited the end of the earth...Grand Isle. A nicely recommended restaurant from the locals.
For starters, ordered the duck appetizer (no gamey taste, nice and crispy with a mild sauce), hearty shrimp/crab soup (bisque), 2 kid's meals: grilled cheese and mac and cheese.
Nice stop.

I don't know what it is, but every time I've gone into this Subway, the people making the sandwiches act like they are doing me a favor by making my sandwich. It shouldn't be that way--do you want me to WANT to come in and spend my hard-earned money, or not? Drop the attitude, greet me back when I say hello to you. Lose the scowl. Make eye contact when I address you. When I ask if you can do something, don't ignore my request. And don't have dramatic personal conversations with your co-worker while you make my sandwich, making it easier to ignore me when I ask for something else in the sandwich. And for god's sake, don't lean against the counter and touch everything behind the counter with your food gloves on that you're about to touch my food with. Those gloves are to protect my food--NOT your hands!
Friendliness is not too much to ask when you want someone's business.
I've given this Subway a shot once or twice a month for the last six months hoping it will improve, and it doesn't. And I'm tired of getting attitude with my sandwich. I'll just go to the supermarket and buy my own lunch meat from now on, thanks.

This place is a small hometown restaurant. The menu is not big, but the food is very good. Nothing fancy. 50s decor. They do have some of the best fried chicken on the bayou! Always have. But, compared to other places on the bayou, way overpriced. Like I said, food is good, but so overpriced.
