We stumbled into town on a dreary St Patrick's Day and just ordered a couple beers and a Pepperoni Cheese Bread. Great service, nice people, very clean.

The portions are enormous, so a single dip is a double anywhere else. Any kind of cone you want is available. This establishment sells 2700 tubs of Kemps ice cream a year, which is number one in the state of Minnesota, which also surpasses the store at Mall of America. They have great service, over 25 kinds of ice cream, with a few frozen yogurts, nice indoor area to eat your treat, or you can eat outside. Also has drive thru window. Great fast hard working staff. In addition, they have a huge arts and crafts store that has souvenirs, crafty decor stuff, things women enjoy more than men. They have breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches, but on a very limited basis. Also scones..yummy!

This restaurant is great. It is run very efficiently. We stopped on a Sunday morning and it was packed but it didn't take too long to get served. They have a large dining area and a sufficient amount of staff. The food is served hot and delicious. Everything is very clean and the staff SMILE and make you feel welcome. The decor is interesting. Very north woodsy. Attached to the rest. is a gift shop. Things usually overpriced and nothing I need. But this one is reasonable and I did buy something. Stop in you will like it. Family oriented.

I stood in line, while, the person who seemed like the manager, made Dilly Bars. Then took them to the back and fiddled around there.
This is not the first time I have walked out because of being ignored. There were other customers standing around and they had already ordered. No one was in front of me. 2 other staffers were running around in the front. Mass confusion. Wrong priorities making Dilly Bars when people are trying to order. There were others that came in behind me. I actually drove 15 miles to Pequot Lakes Dairy Queen for the Flame Burger.

Family tradition while up north. We always stop by for a pizza and beer. Great pizza and tons of beer on tap. Very family friendly with a game room in the basement.

Manhattan's at Manhattan Beach Lodge has been serving guests since 1929 on beautiful Trout Lake.
First off, the Tiki Bar, right on the beach and lakeside, is the funnest spot on the Whitefish Chain. Darryl the Bartender is the funnest bartender around and makes great drinks. Food is good but now you have to make reservations ahead of time which...MoreThank you! Yes it is highly recommended to make a reservation for dinner. But our Tiki bar is a perfect place to relax while you wait! See you next summer!

Waited over an hour for a Reuben sandwich after work... I gave up and left. The bartender was just clueless and rude. After I told her that I was leaving because of the excessively long wait, she still charged me for my drink.... This local has written Andy's off for good.

We decided to stop in because there is always cars there. I had there supposed famous stuffed shells and my wife had the fettuccine alfredo. The shells were luke warm to cool in the center and the sauce was bland. My wifes alfredo was pretty flavor less and the pasta was over cooked and it fell apart when trying to get it on the fork..
Not a good visit.

My wife and I visited the City of Cross Lake and were looking for a place for lunch. After driving through the entire main street, we noticed that the only establishment that seemed to have a lunch croud was Moon Light Bay. To us, that was a sign that they either must have good food---- or cheap beer!! It turned out to be good food and a wonderful view of the water. We received great service after being seated, which did take a little while, as all the low tables by the windows were occupied. After placing our food order, it did take quite a while to get our food, but the view of the lake from our table was so great, we didn't mind the wait. All of the foods orders that we saw coming from the kitchen looked very nice. Our taco salads and wing appitizer were no exception, we walked out full and with take out boxes pretty full as well. We will definitely return the next time we are in Cross Lake.

We had a little of everything. The burgers were very good, the Turkey wrap was good, and the walleye was fabulous. My wife loved her Bloody Mary. Sit on the upper deck and watch the boats go by. Some are beautiful like the one in the picture.
