Casual oceanfront family restaurant featuring fresh local seafood.
Decided to treat myself to Scallop dinner and they were OUT -- waitress recommended the crab cake platter, they were great, as was the slaw. Not crazy about the fries. Kelly was amazing, swapping out my mojito for a sangria!

Aussie style coffeeshop featuring expertly crafted coffee and espresso coupled with made from scratch aussie pies and pastries.
GREAT spot for Yummies! We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast pies! We had a the Vejja - sweet potato, broccoli, spinach, cheese and egg - and a more traditional egg pie with bacon and pepper on top. Great drip coffee and expresso - fun vibe and SUPER kind and enthusiastic baristas and servers! We were pleasantly surprised and loved the vibe and outdoor patio - huge plus!!!!

La Cocina International Restaurant offers intimate Fine Dining with a Latin Flair in a Casual Atmosphere
We are visiting the area from St. Petersburg. I did extensive research on both St. Augustine and St. Augustine Beach restaurants before deciding upon this place. Unfortunately, from all the reviews, it appears that a good majority of restaurants in town are overpriced, food not worth the money, tourist traps and even locals mention "not as good as it used to be". More reasons why we selected La Cocina.
Earlier in the day we walked Old Town and stopped into The Tini Martini Bar for cocktails mid-afternoon. Very small, six stool bar area so we were talking to the couple next to us who are locals and the guy works in the restaurant industry. When he asked where we were planning to have dinner, we told him La Cocina. He said oh no you must try the Black Fly. Always great. La Cocina is very "iffy". We thanked him and after leaving discussed our options and decided to stick with our research and go to La Cocina. Glad we did!
It's a small, intimate dining room of about 30 tables located in a non-chain, local hotel. But don't let that discourage you.
For appetizers, we had the Ceviche and the Spanish Octopus. Both were fresh and excellent!
My husband loves Bouillabaisse and is very particular about the taste of the broth. While the restaurant calls it Bouillabaisse, it is more of a Seafood Stew served over pasta. Still he wanted it but asked the server if there was any way he could taste the broth otherwise he wouldn't order it. Our server was more than accommodating and brought him some broth to taste. He loved it so ended up having that while I ordered the huge Grilled Rib Eye Steak very rare and it came perfectly cooked with a good size portion of mashed potatoes and al dente cooked, fresh Asparagus.
We totally enjoy our meal. Service was attentive and prompt.
For everything we ate plus a moderately priced bottle of wine, the bill came to only $120 before tip. NOTE: Look in local tourist magazines for a $10 off coupon on a purchase of $60 or more.
If in the area, definitely try it!

A very pleasant surprise in Crescent Beach. Doesn't look like much from the road, but don't let that stop you. Great food, pizza, pasta sauces you name it they are all good. Friendly staff and great service. Nice portions and not bad on the wallet.

There was no seasoning of any kind that I could detect on my chicken burrito bowl. Plain white rice, plain black beans and flavorless chicken (where's the cumin, garlic, chili powder, etc?). I thought maybe mine was a mistake but my partners was similarly flavorless. Sure there's a fair amount of condiments but we were missing the requested #10 sauce (we had it to go so weren't driving back out). It seems the other folks who rave about the taste may have never had food with proper seasoning. But, there's a great selection of bottle beer and the prices are fair.

By far, the best food and service on St. Augustine beach! Mango’s is clean, friendly, fast and delicious! We had terrible luck at several restaurants in the area due to awful service and dirty, sticky eating areas. My family of four stumbled upon Mango’s and have already eaten here twice this week because they have so much variety and we couldn’t wait to come back for more! The ahi tuna tacos were excellent and flavorful! The hamburgers are huge and fresh-loaded with a variety of toppings! The crabby patty sandwich was delicious! And they are famous for the corn cakes, which we tried as an appetizer the first night, and my son ordered as an entree with jerk chicken the second night. It is so interesting and flavorful-you’ll love it! My husband wants to go back one more time before the vacation week ends!

We always stop any time we come to Saint Augustine! We love the food, the family, and the atmosphere. We are always greeted with a smile and we have such a hard time deciding what to get as its all so good! The beer is...MoreThe mestizo quesadilla (pastor) is one of my favorites too. Don't forget to come visit us again next time you come to St.Augustine, we love to see you all!

The only restaurant directly on the ocean in St Augustine Beach. Great Food, Cold Beer, and Specials Daily. Where 'A' Street meets the Ocean.
This place was right up the road from our hotel so we decided to try it based on the reviews on here and we weren't disappointed. We sat on the back patio and it was just beautiful out and we were immediately greeted by the hostess and our waiter. My husband had a burger & fries and I had the fish tacos and he was very happy with his choice, me I'm still 50/50. They were just ok, slaw was a little to vinegary for my liking but otherwise they were good. We would definitely go back!!! Also you can access the beach right next to the restaurant if you have a 4x4 and want to take a drive on the beach!

Friendly staff and extensive menu made the preliminaries quite pleasant. The place is a bit small and cosy unless you are outside.
Prices are fair. Now the cuisine is well..a bit too sweet. My mushroom ravioli was way too sweet with a marsala taste. I could not appreciate the wild mushroom because of the sauce. My wife had the Osso buco which was nice and we'll sauced but way too much food on the plate. Ask for a box.
