The place is the hickory smoke smellingest place I've ever been in but the food was excellent and the portions huuuge. We smelled like a campfire on the way home, be prepared.

This is a small town bar and grill. We look for mom and pop places to stop, and this place was perfect located right off 70. I think the owner made our food. Lunch was great. We had hand made burger patties, cooked according to our request, French fries and a grilled chicken sandwich. It was less than $10 a piece with a drink. Smoking is allowed at night, but the place was clean and didn't smell of smoke.

Decided to pull off I-70 and look for an eatery. Lucky us, we found Tipsy's. A delightful waitress, who has just graduated, gave us excellent service.
Our delicious veggies, eggs and biscuit breakfast was served in an iron skillet. Quick, delicious and friendly.
We were fully satisfied, well almost. We were sorry we didn't have room for the highly recommended homemade pies.

We were a little late for breakfast, but the owner still offered breakfast to us; however the lunch menu was so extensive and interesting, 3 of the 4 of us opted for lunch instead. Everything, from the coffee and cinnamon roll, to the lunch sandwiches and soup, was delicious. Save room for her snickerdoodle cookies - one of the best I've ever tasted! This will now be a regular stop was we go east on I-70!

August 18, 2017 - We visited the 7 Days Diner while staying at Marshall, Missouri for the eclipse. Four of us drove from Marshall to order breakfast. The other couple order skillets and were very pleased. We ordered just a basic breakfast and it was fine.
I'm not sure about the quality of lunch or dinner but I would return for breakfast.

in Concordia, went with friends, got their after the lunch crowd had cleared out. Manager Ben was very helpful. Good service, amazing food. Nothing pre-prepared and transported frozen. Fresh made food. It makes a HUGE difference. I had the classic salad with grilled buffalo chicken. My wife had the off the menu steak salad. Both were delicious...really well done.

The restaurant is very clean, with quick efficient service. The food was delicious and well cooked, not overly greasy. I highly recommend the Crab Rangoon, they were large and delicious. I would definatley return to this restaurant int he future

My husband and I were coming home from Denver on I-70 on July 5,2015. We were headed for a hamburger place because it was too hot to leave our our little poodle in the car and came across this ice cream stand called Cree-Mee Freeze. Our sandwiches were so tasty. The chocolate malt was great. And the prices were very reasonable. We ate on the picnic tables outside with our dog. We really enjoyed it. We hadn't eaten outside at an ice cream stand in years. We also heard about the fireworks that were being held that night due to the fireworks being rained out the night before. We saw a great display made even more enjoyable by the exclamations of the 3 kids in the truck next to us. Concordia residents have a great little town with a great ice cream stand that actually has good food.

We ate here twice (to and fro on trip). What might be fine for locals is not necessarily the case for travelers who need cleanliness, order and decent fare, even from the supposedly standard fast food of a roadside McDonald's.
The place was not clean either time. They bring food to the table and it takes a long time. In one case the order was all wrong, despite the cashier repeating everything four times. Both stops (it seemed convenient because we stopped to gas up nearby) the fries and sandwiches had odd aftertastes (including the ones gotten wrong), and even the soda left a weird metallic taste that was hard to get rid of. Not a good vibe.
So keep on driving a little while to the next one. Concordia's McDonald's, after two stops, doesn't seem suited for a non-local visitor.

Ordered egged over medium well and had to send them back as the whites were runny. The hash browns came crispy with out our asking for them that way. The sausage was not too bad. My daughter ordered a completely different meal from what was sent and what was pictured. Coffee was cold and old.
