My visit was really back in 2008 but it was so good that I made it a point to find it on here. I used to drive back and forth from Jena, LA just for the pizza here. Hope it's still open. I miss this place.

I have eaten at Monika's for years and have found no one to come close to their fried catfish. I order their plates, po-boys, and their sandwiches. Their Hamburgers are the biggest around Olla and Urania.

Nice manager & staff -everyone was very friendly. Easy access off hwy-great area. We were traveling from Monroe & this McDonald’s was right off the highway. Clean bathrooms were nice. Polite and fast service. Large drinks one dollar!$

The people have always been very nice here and the food, especially the chips have always been very fresh. The plates are presented nicely and the flavor is very good. My only complaint, as a person used to border Mexican food, is that I would like more spice. Granted, they probably spice it for the North Louisiana palate, and it is flavorful, but if we can stand spicy craw fish, then we can handle more chili. There are very few Mexican restaurants in this part of the country that aren't under seasoned but this one comes close to being authentic.

I ws so impressed with the Subway concept that I considered buying a franchise when they first opened in Houston, Texas over 40 years ago. In all those years, I've never had a bad sub and always enjoyed each one. One of the main things that distinguishes the experience at a franchise is the people serving. This Subway has local people who know that word of mouth is everything. They're local friendly, efficient and seem to actually be glad to see you. Enjoyed it every time I've been there.

The cupcakes and cakes were all beautifully created. The meal we had was delicious. The atmosphere was just like grandma's kitchen.

Catering mostly to takeout, indoor seating is limited. Daily and weekend specials are always good. At different times we've had BBQ and roast beef po-boys (really good!), stuffed spud (my wife said it was just the right size if you didn't want to pig out) and a sausage breakfast burrito. We're looking forward to trying the burgers. The owners/employees are local friendly and seem to be really interested in improving and adding new items.

We stopped at this Sonic on our way to Alexandria and this was a very good location. The staff were pleasant and the food was very good. My daughter is very picky about her burger and they prepared it very well. The blasts and shakes are very good as well. I gave this site a 4 as the credit card machine did not work at our site. Overall we enjoyed our meal and highly recommend this location

Brown salad lettuce. Bourbon Chicken: bad idea, remove this from the menu. It's too soupy and there's way too much rice. Catfish ok. Chicken-fried steak good but tough. Didn't try desert or pastries, but they did look appealing.
