My husband and I spent a "date night" at CC's last week. Although we didn't dally, our hour of dining was worth the twenty minute wait. Our waiter (Shawn) was the right balance of friendly, professional and attentive. My Steak Sinatra was the doneness I asked for and was so good. Their house salad is delightful. It was just a wonderful meal that we truly enjoyed – and continued to enjoy with our leftovers the next day! Prices, on the adult scale, are high for the area, but not exorbitant.

Been going here for OVER 40+ years. Always greeted w/a smile and many times-they even remember what you order most of the times. (Now that's hard to do....) Good food and a very reasonable price. Know virtually all the workers & owners first names. Never had a bad meal there. Quite a deal!

Late Friday lunch was crowded but we did not wait very long for our food. It was hot. The food was well prepared. We always enjoy Murry's.

Shakespeare's Pizza... where the pizzas are round, the pepperonis are all right-side-up, and all the pint glasses clink at a perfect C-sharp.
I revisited this place after going many years ago as an undergraduate. You order at the front, and they call your name when your order is ready. We ordered a salad, and they forgot about it until after our pizza was ready, but we didn't mind :) The pizza is pretty affordable and good. Nothing spectacular, but the vibe of the restaurant is really fun. Lots of space for large parties, TVs showing sports, etc. Definitely worth a visit when in CoMo.

Food inspired by the great pub food of the British isles with contemporary American insight. Unique beers, quality whiskeys and wines all at an inviting price.
We were seated in a quiet, comfortable room next to the bar. Our server, Marti, gave attentive service and let us enjoy a relaxing dinner. One drink glass that we were served was cracked. Marti immediately replaced the drink with a new one. I ordered...MoreThank you for taking the time to visit us and post a review. I am So glad Marti was able to take care of your needs and address all issues.

Now serving Weekend Brunch 10 AM - 1 PM Saturday & Sunday! Repeatedly named Best Overall Restaurant in the Inside Columbia Magazine Best of Columbia readers poll, Flat Branch is Columbia's original brewpub, and its first brewery since 1841. We offer a diverse menu as well as award-winning hand-crafted beers on tap. Enjoy your stay in the upscale industrial setting of our restaurant, on our spacious outdoor patio, or belly up to Columbia's friendliest bar.
I think this is the tourist trap in Columbia. It is where parents take their kids when they come visit the UNIVERSITY. The food is good...average good bar food. It is overrated sometimes but I would go here again.

Sycamore’s mission is to provide seasonal, market-driven fare at affordable prices for the Columbia community. Our focus is to serve fresh, quality dishes prepared in a creative, healthful way. Our staff is trained in all aspects of the menu and wine service, with an emphasis on understanding and respecting the kitchen. Our chef uses local purveyors when possible, and our menu features produce, cheese, meat, and value-added products from Columbia and the surrounding area.
Tapas and small plates. Interesting menu that is kinda southern & kinda foodie style. Reasonable prices. Everything we had was quite good, but not spectatular. You can't go wrong at Sycamore.
Okay for families but leave the little kiddies at home.
Large space with tables set apart quite nicely. Professional service. Clean and modern decor with a soft hipster vibe.
Not sure about parking, we walked from the broadway hotel.

We had a great starter here (Moroccan Shrimp), but were disappointed in the main dish. We'll be back to try it again, because they do have a great sounding menu, but that first visit's summary would be "too expensive for what you're getting". Don't like that you can't make reservations in weekend nights.

If you are in the downtown area but live Sophia's you will enjoy this place. Although the menus differ they still feel like an Italian restaurant. Enjoy the midtown experience with some great food. Wine list is okay.
