Clinton is the county seat of Van Buren County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 2,602 at the 2010 census, making it the most populous city in the county (reclaiming the distinction from the resort community of Fairfield Bay). The city was named for DeWitt Clinton, the New York governor who built the Erie Canal; he had also been a U.S. Senator from New York.

Passing through town, and as we do not have a BR within an hour drive of us, we wanted to stop for a treat. This 'store' is a spot within a gas station, which also has a restaurant (Taco Bell). We stopped in and went to use the restrooms first.
Men's room had 2 paper towel holders, and BOTH were empty. (if employee's are REQUIRED to wash their hands.... yet not dry them... how much of that is coming to your food?)
Came out of the restroom and grabbed a couple napkins from the table in front of ice cream counter, the worker intently looking at me. I stared back and said - you are out of towels in the men's room.
She continued staring and responded with only .... OK?
perhaps I am the only one who would have expected a - I'm sorry... I'll get right on that... I'm busy right now but will get that as soon as I'm able....
anything but just.... OK?
At this point I decided I was not going to spend my money, so my wife & I started toward the door. Another worker (manager?) was counting money at the time this happened, and had then moved to another register.... I had to tell her my thoughts.
We were going to purchase some ice cream, but after the uncaring attitude of the other worker, we decided against it.
The other worker spoke up - I had to wait until she was finished counting money before I could do anything....
Had you said that to begin with, we would have been enjoying some ice cream.
These types of establishments, outside an actual 'store'... give the brand a very bad name.

L'Attitude Bistro is Clinton's home for fine dining! Enjoy delicious fresh ingredients and savory home-style favorites in a delightfully relaxed ambiance. Private club, venue & catering services.
My family and I were in Clinton for a family reunion and wanted some place to eat other than fast food. I had seen the review for this establishment before we left home, and a relative who lives in the area said the food was good. I had a Swiss mushroom burger and fries which was $8.49. Others at the table had a similar burger. My granddaughter had a gyro and she wanted to veggies on the side. All she got was a pita with 3 strips of grilled chicken and a side of taziki, no veggies, and an order of fries for $8.99. The food was OK, nothing special, but for this part of the country it was very expensive. The restaurant is in a strip shopping center, so you're not paying for an expensive building. I was, overall, disappointed.

We always stop here on our way to Branson. The service and food have always been very good here. We go for the breakfast when we visit. We try something different everytime and it's always been good.

Rock-N-Java-Ozarks is a full espresso bar and coffee café with locations in Clinton and Marshall on Hwy 65. We serve breakfast all day with daily menu specials including paninis, soups, salads, quiche, tacos, and baked goods made fresh daily.
Best fish tacos I have ever enjoyed. But they are only available on Tuesday! Otherwise a good selection of lunches including daily specials.

We had a large group and by the time they got the food to the table, mine was a little cool. Their enchiladas are different than what I am used to but they were good. The service was great.

We were spending some time in north Arkansas and went out looking for antique shops in the area. We got to Clinton right around lunch time and started looking for a place to eat. We like to look for local businesses as opposed to the big chains and we found June's downtown Clinton. The place is nothing to look at, but it's clean and comfortable. The locals all made us feel right at home right up front. This place had some of the best chicken fried steak I have ever had! The portions were small enough that I didn't feel over fed, but big enough to enjoy the food comfortably. I cut the CFS with my fork, no knife needed. The vegetables were cooked right, hot and crispy and fresh. The ice tea was really fresh tasting and sweetened just right. We loved talking to June about her cooking abilities and enjoyed our extended stop. Would go back again and again!

I've eaten at a lot of restaurants and on the average I don't like Subway. But this place is great. The employees are super nice and the food was awesome. Great place to eat hidden away in the hills.

It's Pizza Hut - the fast-food pizza joint (that isn't so fast). Little is actually "made" in-house any more, from dough to sauce - it's all pre-made/frozen/canned.
BUT- wings are pretty good, especially if you get the "traditional" (no breading). The hottest sauce they have is medium-hot, but pretty tasty. John the manager is friendly.
