Home to some of the best beaches in America, Clearwater is a great family beach destination. Sure, it’s in Florida, but it’s not Giant Rodent Florida (a.k.a. Orlando) or Crazy Spring Break Florida (a.k.a. Fort Lauderdale). Rather, it’s Calm, Old-Fashioned Florida… which is something worth seeing. Oh, and the weather’s outstanding.

Florida, the land of strip malls and food chains where you're often underwhelmed if you're from the Northeast...Café Ponte shatters the stereotype. This place was really good, priced right and I happened to have a bartender who was knowledgeable, attentive and entertaining. I think his name was Steve or Steven. I go to Tampa area twice a year to visit clients and I will be back.

My family of 7 went to Clearwater Beach on a spring break evening only to find 60-90 minute waits as the norm. We went back to downtown (where we were staying) and were seated immediately at Rumba Island Bar & Grill (indoors. 45 min wait...MoreThank you for the 5 star rating! We appreciate your business!

I rated this restaurant 4 stars because A 41/2 star rating is not available. While Marina Cantina is not a 5 star dining establishment, my wife and I had an unexpectedly excellent dining experience. Unexpected because we came to the restaurant expecting a mariachi playing,...MoreThank you for the 4.5 stars :-) We appreciate the detailed review and look forward to having you and your wife back soon!

I was in Florida to see family in Dunedin and one night my cousin brought Cristino's pizza home with her from work and I was obsessed. A few days later my mom and I were looking for a quick lunch to eat in Clearwater and drove right past Cristino's. While I absolutely hate the idea of eating the same place twice on vacation, I whipped into their parking lot without even giving it a second thought. Not only was the food just as good as the first time, the restaurant is darling and the service top notch. If you're in the area you should definitely hit this place.

Award Winning BBQ Restaurant.Slow Smoked Pulled Pork. Mouth Watering Baby Back Ribs.Dine In or Take Out. Catering Available.
The special of the day was ribs, pulled pork sandwich and a drink for $7.98. You can't beat that price anywhere. The ribs were very good and had a nice smoke ring on them. They were smoked with apple wood. The pork seemed a little dry at first, but I took it off the bun and it was very good. I'm guessing the bun made it seem dry. You could tell that this place had regulars as the servers seemed to know several and struck up friendly conversations with everyone.

A delightful neighborhood cafe serving breakfast, lunch and Sunday brunch in a casual, yet upscale atmosphere. Dine inside or outside on our dog-friendly deck.
If you want something that’s perfectly proportioned and delicious this is the place to go. Their tomato soup is outstanding, I’ve never had it better anywhere else. The sandwiches are refreshing, creative and do not disappoint. They have a little market outside of the cafe that also sells some of their food to go, it’s really really neat. Definitely try this place out if you haven’t already. I will be back for sure!!!

Had lunch here today. In the past, we have ordered Breakfast type food at lunch time. Today we both ordered sandwiches. They were GREAT along with the complimentary relish tray.
While we have always had excellent service from any Lenny's server, our server Mia was absolutely OUTSTANDING. Kept our Iced Tea and Water Glasses filled without asking. Removed our dirty dishes almost immediately after we finished. Always came came back to ask if everything was OK after she served us a dish. ALL servers should be as great as Mia.

Undistinguished cinder block building housing very distinguished breakfast menu. Try the 7 oz. Angus steak and 3 eggs for $4.79. Then try the fantastic pork chops and eggs. This is definitely a locals joint, but it welcoms newcomers.
This place would be great in the Diners, Dives and Drive-in TV series! It’s a small quaint place and as advertised there are many adornments of “tin” cans, lunch pails, and other nick backs around the walls. Being a diner/whole in the wall the place is small and cozy. There are 8 booths and 3 four top tables. Often my wife and I share a four top with another couple and meet someone new!
I confess my main reason for going is breakfast, therefore my review is about breakfast.
The portion size is HUGE. The price is under $9 so the value for the money is amazing. I typically get two eggs over easy with polish sausage and home fries. For me The is a great variation to the usual breakfast meats. You can ask for peppers and onions with the home fries for a small extra charge which is well worth it. The eggs were perfect and the meat seared excellent and home fries consistently wonderful. I’m hungry just thinking of the smell and taste.
This is a family run restaurant with cheerful staff with a great attitude. The space is tight so you will bump into people. There is always a smile and another serving of coffee.
The menu for breakfast contains May standard dishes and a number of skillets. I love these but it way too much food for me. If you want to reduce the potatoes I ask for a majority of pepper and onions to reduce the carbs.

Fresh fish selections everyday. I had the wahoo fish tacos that were tasty. The drunken clams cannot be missed. Actual bait shop on the front with bar and dock side dining in the back. Manager and waitress/bartender were very friendly with excellent service. Will go back again!
