The Junction Restaurant is a full service restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We offer American, Mexican and fresh homemade traditional Navajo entrees including homemade fresh Navajo stews, traditional Navajo fry bread and tortillas. We also have a Pizza Hut Express which offers personal pan and medium pizzas and tasty chicken wings. We also take to go orders.
My wife and I stopped by here on our way to Canyon de C. We were quickly waited on given water and then our smiling waitress showed up. Another waiter served our meals which were the lamb stew and Navajo taco. Both were large portions and very good. Very good experience after a long ride from Tucson.

Installe Dans L'holyday Inn
When Denny's is the best restaurant in town, you know there is a dearth of eating places. We wanted to try something different and tried Garcia's at the Holiday Inn. Major mistake. Nothing appealed to me from the scant menu, so I chose a chicken noodle soup and a cheeseburger. How could this go wrong? After waiting forever–they were severely short staffed–the sever placed the cup of soup on the same plate as my burger. Result? Of course she delivered a burger with soup spilled over it. She offered to take it away, but I was ravenous by this point. Supposedly grilled onions were barely cooked. Had to ask for mustard and ketchup from another server, ours vanished. The burger was inedible. It was like eating cardboard. My husband ordered the beef fajitas and they were a non-descript cut of meat, that was also the taste and texture of cardboard.
Bad food, bad service. Stay away. Stick to good 'ol Denny's.

The food is hearty and homemade, although the service is a little on the sullen side. It is self-serve which makes it great for solo travelers who may feel self-conscious about sitting alone in a restaurant. The blue corn pancakes are very delicious for breakfast, as is the fry bread which you can get as a side with your entree at dinner.

Had dinner here on Easter Sunday, mainly because it was about the only non fast food restaurant open that evening. While this is a pretty typical Denny's, the food was good, service attentive, and prices reasonable. We ordered from the Sr. Citizens menu and were quite satisfied with the food quality and the service.

Good pizza in a town where there a little options to eat. A Chinese buffet is not my cup of tea so we opted for pizza and it was quite good.

This place ran so smoothly! I couldn't believe how well the employees worked together. I never saw a lunch line at Subway move so quickly! I loved it! Food was typical Subway food, veggies still fresh!

Our record of getting what we ordered at a fast food restaurant was broken at 5.
Ordered sausage and egg biscuit and sausage and egg and cheese croissant both with mustard packets.
Got no mustard and a ham,egg and cheese croissant.
Also ordered coffee with sweetener and 2 creamers
Got the coffee and 1 each sweetener and creamer.
Went inside and asked for mustard and creamer. Very nice man gave me a few mustard packets and I picked up creamer packets from the counter top.
Food was good, service was lousy from the drive up lane.

Located in a small town in the Navajo Nation, it's what you would expect. Nothing fancy, just clean enough, staff just adequate. Beds are too soft for us; A/C too loud. We opted not to eat dinner at the cafeteria but went to another place in town. Did have breakfast at the cafeteria; it was again just good enough not to be bad.

We bought the usual Subway menu items here. Located inside a gas station and not on the usual Subway URL page. Perhaps because it is on Indian Land. Next to a gas station (928) 674-5971
Given our choices, Subway seemed to be a good alternative. All Subway's prepare their sandwiches using the same ingredients, so there is very little room for error. The night we were there the place was packed with a group of young missionaries, yet, it went pretty smoothly. On line, I met a couple of real nice teenage boys from Texas who were part of the group, I bought them there dinner, made me feel really good about myself. When they asked me why I would do that, I simply told them, I made more money than they did and what they were doing was above and beyond what you would expect.

I was here in town visiting Canyon de Chelley on an overnight. After reading a review on a another site, we decided to try out the King Dragon. We were very pleased with our decision, as Chinle has very limited dining options. We ordered the Teriyaki chicken, the Orange Chicken and the Kung Pao Chicken. The food was hot & fresh. The service was professional and friendly. We opted to take the food back to our hotel, but the restaurant was very clean and inviting on the inside. They also have a convenient drive-through. I encourage you to give this place a try!
