Lately I've discovered GlassHalfFull for lunch, and found it totally delightful. My personal favorites have been the appetizers. A few friends and a few appetizers makes for a whole civilized lunch event. Weather permitting, the outside seating is lovely, but inside, especially window tables, are plenty good too. This restaurant is also good for an after work glass of wine - great selection - and supper.

Th Weaver Street market is a place to get great food at very good prices, and to sit outside in a lovely park-like setting surrounded by a few large trees, and by people sitting and enjoying food and friends, during the day or in the evening. Whenever we're in the area, we want to stop here, at least once, if not more. In addition to all the healthy and delicious food offerings including both hot and cold bars, a wide variety of yogurts, cheeses, coffees, sandwiches and many other grocery items, (as well as great ice cream pops) the market is also attached to a small mall with a handful of interesting shops to peruse.

This was our first time to Merritt's and believe me, we will go back! It's so good! Delicious bacon, breads and great atmosphere! I had a thick cut Turkey breast with bacon and it was huge and so tasty! My hubby got a North Carolina sausage and egg on sour dough that he was also thrilled with! We will visit every time we're in town!

Like other reviewers, I was bowled over by the abundance of foods available here. My friend and I finally settled on a falafel pita, baba ganoush, lamb shawerma, and Lebanese potato salad. Everything was pretty good, though certainly not terrific. Maybe other dishes are better. But our biggest problem was the volume level reached in the place when the lunch crowd grew big. It became almost deafening, so don't go here if you hope to have much of a conversation.

The food here is fantastic! We're so glad we gave it a try, and we'll definitely be returning. Everything I ordered was incredibly tasty, including the Truffle Artichoke Dip, Rotisserie Chicken, and Herb-Whipped Potatoes. The restaurant is cozy and the service is friendly, so all together, it was an excellent dining experience for dinner.

In brief, Sunrise was established in 1978 in Louisburg, NC (actually 1977 but that is a longer story) and has been responsible for providing Bigger Better Biscuits for Breakfast and Lunch ever since. Our biscuit recipe is based on my Grandmother's recipe. Her biscuits helped give her the stamina to give birth to 17 children and live to almost 100. Our Award-Winning Chapel Hill location is a Drive-Thru Only Restaurant for your convenience. The Louisburg location features a Drive-Thru option as well as seating. Our regular customers particularly value our great food and fast, friendly service. In addition to biscuits, we also serve hamburgers and hot dogs. This place is the best - worth coming to NC just for this. Biscuits melt in your mouth and it’s so fast and cheap that it should be illegal. We had a chicken biscuit (just buy it) and a BLT biscuit with an egg biscuit in reserve.

Had read about Elements, saved it on my maps and forgot about it, so was happy when my partner surprised me with reservations here, but...as we walked into the dinning room I thought we were walking into the cafeteria of a retirement home; linoleum floors, bright lighting , zero decor, zero ambience and no buzz- at 7 on a Saturday the crowd was easily 95% 55 and older. Mixed drinks were out of a Cheesecake Factory menu-not very inspired, and how does an Asian restaurant only offer three sakes??? The only filtered sake was too sweet for my liking. Sushi rolls were small and only better than average. Friends liked the salmon in a pastry puff, portion size of calamari is generous. Appetizer of blue fin Tina trio was good, service was friendly. Just fell super short on ambience and sake selection. If you're under 45 looking for a trendy spot, do not come here. Definitely not worth the drive from Cary.

I was very impressed that Chapel Hill finally has a decent steak house without having to go outside of the Chapel Hill area. We enjoyed drinks at the bar while awaiting the rest of our party to arrive--beer selection and prices quite reasonable. Atmosphere is trendy and wait staff attentive to our needs. Definitely will be going back.

Your eyes wonder around the walls, decorated in Turkish rugs; then the ceilings, scattered with warm, unique lighting pieces; then the floors... the dark, hardwood floors; and finally, across the plush seating areas, disguised by cushions and pillows and fabric leisurely draped around the frames.

I've eaten here dinners before, but this time we met a group of friends for a Saturday lunch. We had a great table, right by the street. I was surprised by their lunch menu and the size of portions-not much different from their dinner plates. The sea bass was excellent if one doesn't mind searching for fish bones. The appetizers were also very tasty. As for desserts-I prefer baklava with pistachio, but I guess that's a regional preference in Turkey to use walnuts (Iranians and Iraqis use pistachio more). The konafa was a bit dry on the top. I've had it before here, so this time it was a bit off, but overall great food and atmosphere . The restaurant is located right across from an ample parking lot-don't forget to feed the meters though...
