Had dinner there last nite. Macaroni and cheese - great. Excellent veal cutlets, better than some fine dining Italian restaurants I've been to. Wife's hamburger steak was excellent. All sides were excellent. Good service and clean establishment. Can't wait to go back.

We recently decided to try this place on a whim, and we weren't disappointed! I ordered the zesty burger which is seasoned with onions, bellpeppers & wrapped with bacon and a slice of pepperjack cheese. I could have easily eaten a second!
Other than that our waitress was friendly & quick to refill our drinks. I would definitely go back to Geralds and get another burger.....or two!

We go out of our way to eat here whenever we are anywhere near here. This place is not fancy, but the food is wonderful, portions are huge and prices are reasonable. Service is cheerful too. This is also a seafood market. Highly recommend

An absolutely wonderful restaurant for fine dining. Specials offered on most nights. We love Thursday night for the filet special. The beef is so juicy and tender. They also have a fabulous oyster bar. The bacon and Bleu cheese oysters are excellent. Also a must is their Creole Three Onion soup. Just a great place to enjoy a great evening and dining experience.

I was super excited to visit Cake Cafe after trying The Ruby Slipper and Surrey’s Juice Bar on previous trips. The food was good, but NOTHING compared to the food at Surrey’s. It was just ok - nothing special. The boudin was good, but the grits and eggs were no better than anywhere else. The “biscuit” was just super dry and crumbly. I will stick with Surrey’s!

We aim to provide our customers with great customer service, delicious food, and the want to come back. We offer an American cuisine with our Brewster burger leading as the crowd favorite. In addition to burgers, we offer several different types of steaks, salads and side items. You'll be sure to find something for everyone in your party on our menu! We also house a full bar stocked with beer, wine, any alcohol your heart desires, and our delicious house special, the boom-a-lache. Customers can choose to eat in the restaurant or at the bar as well as order drinks from both sides. Even though we have a bar, Brewster's is a smoke-free business!
Wandered in here for dinner. Greeted and seated immediately. There is plenty of free parking. TV sets on sports channel so you can catch the game while you are waiting for your food. It's not fancy, but the food is hot and good. Having never been here before, I ordered the Brewster Burger--the server suggested onion rings as the side. Good choice. The burger was big, exactly as I ordered it, with a healthy portion of rings. A friend had the fries, and they weren't all that--go with the rings or one of the other sides--the baked potatoes looked yummy. They serve Coke products (yay!) and the drinks are 32 ounces (but come with lots of ice). Prices are reasonable. Servers are attentive and on the spot with whatever you need. All in all, a good place to eat.

Had take out over the holidays. It's hard to find somewhere open at night in the parish especially with a good selection of good food. We had 6 people ordering a wide variety of food. All was hot and perfectly prepared. Looking forward to our next time in town.

2 of us went for lunch during the work week. They had a couple of lunch specials. They have burgers, seafood, pasta and steaks. I had fried oysters which had great flavor with a salad and fries. Other person had burger which was made fresh. Service was good but they were not very crowded. Not a family restaurant. If you are going for food I would recommend lunch. If you don't mind the bar atmosphere then night is fine as well. I would go back given the quality of the food.

Arrived to Best Western late night, so opted for Cafe Roma. The food choices were good, with chicken wings to start, followed by crawish fettucini. The wings were a little 'crisp' and may ahve been re-fried, but the pasta was good, rich and creamy sauce, with plenty of tails in it.
